Nice thread dude. Really like that someone is giving MG some props and not just hating and talking about how there's no way you can grow in that soil, go buy some $30 bags of soil, etc., etc.
When you say add some perlite to the soil to combat the nitrogen levels in the soil, do YOU use MG perlite? Cause thats the only perlite I can find around here now that winter is coming up. Also, I'm thinking since the soil has nitrogen in it, I won't need any veg ferts so I might just go with some bloom ferts once my plant kicks into flowering phase. Good idea? Holla back.
