cant negative rep

ehy as it says in the title i cant negative rep anything i got i approvve, but no i dont approve..

y may this be????
 
yeah but it comes in handy every once and a while...

its just i use the rep system if someone puts some good info im gonna + rep them
if someone writes a load of crap down that will just ruin someones grow, just plain being stupid or kinda spamming a thread its good to be able to -rep them (maself included) plus if people cant -rep, we cant get an idea of people who know what their on about and people who dont everyone would only get positives... all good if we really did live in a dream world...

plus it seems heaps of other can still negative rep so i was just wandering what could be wrong

It's because of people like you who abuse the system. Although people don't always know what their talking about it still isn't right to throw them on the ground and spit on them. i have seen so so so many threads that people have a difference of opinion and that's ok, It usually gets worked out in a few pages of stating each others side. But to give a neg strike aginst someone because they don't agree with you is bull shit. And when it's given with out saying who you are it's cowardly. Work out your problems by talking about them and give posotive rep when someone deserves it...

And on a side note growtech, I found out what was going on with the reps from last year. I guess it only shows so many and tallies them up as they are knocked off the bottem.....

Thank you! I have been neg repped twice and its bullshit! Once, I will admit, I said something to someone and it wasnt nice. I was retaliating for HIM talking shit, but I also went to one of HIS threads (so as to not offend someone else's thread), to retaliate. We "talked", squashed it and we seemed cool. Then he neg repped me.
Also, is there a place on here that shows how the rep works and how we get more of those little green boxes, or do you have to buy those?
