And so it begins: My medical grow in Sacramento

Shabby had this one little branch right at the bottom where it was getting wet when I watered and was never going to amount to anything, so I cut it off. It had these little tiny buds on it and I figured why not, so I trimmed them out and let them dry on a plate for a day.

I'm high as kite. Have been since noon. Very pleasant high. I can't wait to see what this is like when it's done. Life is good.

Damn, we're practically neighbors. My town borders on both of those. Once I harvest, I might just have to smoke you out.

I am in the same are as you guys too! :D

It's funny that you mentioned the fact that Shabby had a lil nug that couldn't and you picked it off. I have one that I was thinking about sampling as well. I am gonna put her out of her misery tonight. :D

I've still got plenty to get me by until harvest, but I wanna smoke the NEW stuff! Now! Oh well, it won't be too much longer. I'll throw some pics up tomorrow of my ever-fattening buds.

I just discovered that something has been chomping on a few of Shabby's fan leaves. No sign of the varmints, but whatever they are they don't bore holes, they just sort of take out square sections. I just gave her a good neem oil dousing, and now I'm gonna read up and see what I can find out.

Cannabis will do better in a 3 foot wide hole, only eight inches deep, vs a smaller, deeper hole.
Oh, and veggie knows of what he speaks. Wider is better. The man is wise. Deep is good, too, and leaves a little cushion time-wise if you can't be home for a couple days, but wide is key.

No problems with the rain, BUT, I've got caterpillars. I was very much hoping to dodge that bullet, but I picked off four of the little bastards this morning.

Off to buy some BT.
