Sorry for the lack of updates. Been trimming for days. My back hurts and my eyes are screwy.

Talked to the Sheriff's Dept. Talked to the mother. Talked to the kid. Mom was cool, but in the end bought her son's lies. Sheriff's deputy was sympathetic and as helpful as she could be.

Long and the short of it is this: The smoke is gone. Get over it.

The only way to ever get a prosecution in a pot burglary is to catch them in the act. That's it. You can never prove that the weed the kid down the street just came into is yours. Best you can do is rat him out for having it, which will do nothing because Sac county doesn't have the money to prosecute any misdemeanor possession crimes at this time. Deputy told me this.

The only way to nail them is to catch and detain them, which is called a citizen's arrest. Which is entirely legal, as the kind deputy pointed out. She did caution however that performing a citizen's arrest opens you up to lawsuits for the rest of your life, so you need to be very careful about it. Don't hurt 'em.

I bought a pro trim and it is doing good so i should finish the GC tomorrow I will do the SD by hand it looks crazy. Also the chemdog d will be by hand the kananga will finish in the protrim not to mad at the bud coming out of it so far.dirrtyd

Some of it's still drying, but most is curing. Here's my estimate so far:

Abby - 35 to 40 ounces. That's without the tops the kid stole. I shit you not. And she still has some heavy low stragglers hanging. With increased security, and the fear of God put into that kid and all his friends. The rest comes off this weekend.

Shabby - 9 ounces. She's done and out of the ground.
