AC Infinity Cloudforge t7 catastrophic failure

I got a message on my phone stating that my tent was like 95 degrees - no exhaust fan running. The Cloudforge T7 - just stopped working, but not that that was a huge deal, but it made my 69 pro controller not function as long as it was plugged in.
So no exhaust, nothing else worked until it was unplugged. I'm glad I work from home or I'd be fucked
I disconnected it from the 69 Pro - fans work again, plugged the Cloudforge into the wall, no controller, doesn't work for more than 5 seconds, no screen etc
Called customer service "we've had a few reports of this" wtf - that shit is a complete failure
They have had some users drain it, let it dry out and then it works again, but not always. I can tell you one thing - it won't be plugged into my 69 controller again - even if they send me a new one

My T3 failed and took the controller down, as you stated luckily I'm at home (although retired LOL). I've invested in three of their controllers fans etc.... I'm looking at other solutions, sigh.

I think it's only the humidifiers that are causing this
I have three Controller 69 Pros. I had to have wifi  if I have a smart socket plugged in you don't get an All option and for some reason the fourth port doesn't show up on them either. Trying to troubleshoot with them is somewhat frustrating too.

Never ran their humidifiers myself but I have always had a great experience with their fans/filters and shit. Thankfully never any failures on those. I normally use regular ole humidifiers myself.
