Anyone Else Using AC Infinity Cloudforge Humidifiers?

I have been having some issues with mine and was curious if anyone else has. I emailed them so hopefully they get back to me today.
I purchased mine from a local shop about 2 months ago. When the unit is running it’s great and I love how it can be mounted outside of the tent and has its own probe and can communicate with their controllers.
So mine seems to have some connectivity issues with the probe. The lights flash and the humidifier isn’t running so I disconnect the probe jack a plug it back in and it seems to run fine. Until that happens again. Well this morning messing around with it bf work (415am) I was getting pissed as it would connect then disconnect! Well I accidentally broke the probe as I messing with it. It almost snapped clean off and was bent but still holding on. I straightened it out and plugged it back in and she worked! But I’d imagine that it’ll be blinking and off when I get home..
I will post if my issue gets resolved. I love this unit when it’s working. I am in my 2nd week of flower so not really a good time to be having to mess with this shit.

I have mentioned this in another post, But make sure the power source of the controller is not plugged into the same outlet, RF interference from ballast is an issue. I dont use my light one port one I dont know how the controller decided what to power it, but thats what i do anyways and have zero problems. you could try and and at least mark it off the list of possibilities

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I only have the controller 67 so I do not have centralized yet. I will be upgrading to their 69 series at some point.
I can say it’s plugged into the always on port on my timer.

Good to hear. Maybe I got the unit that was manufactured 3pm on a Friday
Ac infinity was having problems with the t7's, before I got mine. I dunno if they hit the issues figured out, but I got mine anyways. It's a really nice unit. Hold 4 gallons and is top load.

Get the 69 pro. It's wifi, so you can monitor it when you're away.

That’s comforting. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another bc everything else I have from them is top notch. Hopefully they’ll be able to help resolve my issue when I contact them later.

Great I have one on order.
They created a shipping label on Dec 28 and the damn thing has not moved.
I have the Controller pro 69 on order with humidifier. Was told by a Infinity dealer that it needs to be in the 4th port otherwise it works weird

My current humidifier less than 2 months old has a loose wire when I shake it it changes setting. Works for shit. I guess it is one of the contributors to the flaming tent issue.

There's a reason the ACI app only gets a 3.2 rating of 5 on the google play store.
I can't get data and support suggested I contact the app developer. :wall:

The humidifier is still running without issue since the jack hack :blsmoke:
Can’t make this shit up. Brute force and ignorance seems to have worked this time. I’m being careful not to nudge the thing tho for fear it’ll cut out!
Hoping to hear back from them today. An incident was opened but no movement yet as their auto message says typically one business day.

DIY humidifiers are the only way to go. You can build one with a tote and 150$. Been running mine for over a year straight with no issues and total control of humidity in a 10x12 grow room.

Yeah I use nothing but AC INFINITY for most things except light. I've had a couple over the years and never had a problem. They have Amazing customer service so it should be handled. Good luck bro, hope you get it fixed.

Heard back from AC infinity the other day and they’re willing to replace the unit at no cost to me after I provide proof of purchase from a dealer. Good shit! I still should buy one of their new controllers.. May stop in and buy one from my local shop.
