Update.
Using email was a little clunky but happy they resolved my issue basically no questions asked outside proof of purchase and the initial description of what issues I was having.
Shipping details and tracking were sent to me for my replacement unit!

Can you please tell me how I can build the tote humidifier? Thanks
Materials needed
1. Ultrasonic mist maker (this will be the bulk of the cost )
2. Tote of your preferred size, I used a 12 gallon
3. Flange I used a 4 inch but you can go smaller
4. Small fan I opted to get one with speed control but not necessary
5. Float valve
6. Silicone to seal up flange and fan (optional)

That’s all to parts needed, some tools help but are not needed to complete such as a hole saw. I just used a dremel with small cut off wheel but hole saw will look better. I also add in a inkbird humidistat to control when the atomizers come on and off and run the small fan 24/7. These are the instructions I use to send with the kits I sold.

Just an update. I got my replacement hooked up and it’s running smooth. Also they sent me the Gen 2 which I’d imagine should be an upgrade from the other. I need to send my other one back but this is great.
Also my humidifier sensor is matching my controllers rh read which was not the case with the other. It was like 8-10 points difference.
