    Looking for opinions/input

Do you have heat sinks? Do you plan to use more than one driver? Without heat sink you may be limited to about 60W each board. An additional one or two boards in the center would be ideal, imho. Atreum has a nice 34" frame that holds 2-3 288 boards as well.

    Lux for Vegging?

I think 65k lux is at the upper end, you may want to add CO2 if using that much light. Still, 40k is a lot of light, and if you can get that much evenly spread your plants will thrive.

Gelato and Gold Leaf week 8 nutrient and harvest

Looks like another 2-3 weeks, use the breeder claims as a guide, but your plants are stacking mass right now so don't chop early. You may consider removing some of those fan leaves to open up for light and air flow.

    How to use CO2?

Most plants will not survive at 180 ppm, and 250 means you aren't getting air to your grow. Ambient CO2 in the atmosphere is right at 410 ppm. Your plants are using it up, and slow or no growth is the result. If your grow is in occupied space, you get CO2 for "free". I get 750- 1200 ppm in my...

You may consider giving them more light, some plants appear to be stretching a lot. 30-35,000 lux or so at this stage. You won't need a net if you do some judicious topping.

Need help with High humidity control

Use your heater to keep your temp up during lights out. The day-night temperature spread you have can increase stretch, which may or may not be a benefit, but your ceiling height is limited. Also keep your small fans running 24/7.
