Txchilies....did you start her in the 2 gallon bucket or did you transplant
Paper towel germ, then placed in rapid rooter till roots established then into the 2 gallon bucket. It has only been in the bucket 2 weeks. Frist 2 weeks under CFL's then under a 600 watt hps until it blew out and substituted with my digilux 400 watt hps.

Lookin good, just don't know how you guys do it, my shit all falls out growing that way...lol.
Me too ... I found when I started using perlite that with 80+ plants going in such a limited space I would knock over 1 and 10 would fall over. Perlite loves to stick to bud. :-? ..

Thats when I decided on the ply-wood and tub system I use now. It so simple but it works. I couldn't grow half as many plants without it. (Ive tried). I'm able to slide a tub out easily from under the lights to feed. The tub catches the run-off. ... and best of all, NO SPILLS EVER.

Hey anyone, I was wanting to know if you can use soil nutes in a hempy bucket grow or do you need hydro nutes?
Yes, you can use them but I would use 1/2 to 3/4 strength of what the manufacturer recomends. watch your plants for burn or defficeinces add or subtract as you grow.

I did 15 of my hempies with soil this run and 2 inches of perlite in the bottom as reservoir. I am extremely happy with the results. They did as well as or better than my 100% perlite ones...less watering needed, less nutes needed and once they hit the reservoir they grew just as fast....now to see if flavor is noticeably different..

20130402_013746.jpgIM looking on my phone here.for same strain..one in perlite one in dirt with perlite res...k found a decent one here..front right is a blue dream x Maui in dirt (not sure what pheno variance these two are as they don't look like blue dream mother or Maui father) and the second one back on left side is same pheno growing in 100% perlite.

It appears there is not much difference between the soil and perlite for yeild in your grow, but I would be curious as to the taste issue. Your plants are lookin mighty fine!

Got my hands on some cured Irukandji (Pestilence X Mamba) from a fellow grower that was fortunate enough to get clones.....wow....remember that Steven King story on "Nightmares and Dreamscapes" where Richard Thomas plays the golfer bitten by a snake? Everyone thinks he's had a heart attack and is dead. He makes it all the way to the autopsy room, still alive and fully conscious, but know one knows it. Smoking this stuff is like that...your mind feels perfectly normal...no racey thoughts, nothing weird at all, but your whole body goes under this spell of limp numbness and disconnect, like you don't even need to move or even breath. You are so relaxed you could not move for a long time or even speak (I'm a jumpy cat too). Almost like an anesthesia of sorts. I don't know of any pharmaceutical grade drug of this sorts but this is a winner for dropping the day....cause you aren't going anywhere. The name is that of the little killer jelly-fish...got to get some clones one day if it ever comes around again. Geez it's strong....

Yeah TX yield is looking very similar. Smell is the same. Leaves actually a.bit healthier on perlite one but it took me a week or two to find a good Ph sweet spot in soil with perlite res Plus I knew exactly how much I was feeding the pure perlite...it's been years since I've grown anything but momma plants in soil and FFOF is pretty hot stuff. I too am very interested in taste.
