dude organic choice is garden soil not potting soil, thats why they look like shit and don't have good drainage read the bag.you're just wasting plants and time try using an actual potting soil and feeding a plant properly
Here are my MG PLANTS!!!

This shows a very drastic difference between MG and ORGANIC CHOICE MG! Huge Difference!!

View attachment 2506897View attachment 2506899View attachment 2506900View attachment 2506901

All plants were started at the same time, May have been transplanted at slightly different times but still that wouldn't cause this big of a difference.

The bigger greener plants are REGULAR 6 month feed MG with PERLITE, No burn! No N toxicity! No Extra Care! No Special watering schedule! NOTHING!!! Just plant and go! You can see the plants are thriving under a normal T5 Light in MG soil!!

The smaller sickly looking plants are in Organic Choice MG! No perlite. Without perlite it has ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE drainage and seems quite Hydrophobic! Takes forever to water.

So if you choose organic MG be sure to add perlite at like a 1:1 or 2:1 Ratio!! Yea you might need that much perlite for organic MG .....crazy

If your worried about the reg stuff being too hot for seedlings...buy the MG Ceed starter soil(its light with lots of perlite already)
Then when they get 2-3wks. old transplant to reg MG with perlite added

If your using clones don't worry about seed starter(you can use) but its stupid because the clones can take the nutes

When did I actually say I was investing hard work and time trying to grow those?? Also I knew it had no perlite I had run out and I believe I said that.....Sounds like you are coming off with a bit of an attitude and I have no clue why.

It was just a trial grow and if you are really on about wasting plants and time I really have no concern for that comment because I have hundreds of seeds and no time is wasted by adding just water when I water the other plants......

You are almost right about water every 10 days LoL Those plants I posted Last FOREVER between waterings and it is like 50/50 perlite and it still thrives that long without water

mircale gro makes fine soil. i used an older bag of scotts premium potting mix. was a great soil. very low on nutes, airy like a sponge, and came with long strands of peat moss and a good amount of perlite.

problem with scotts/mircale gro is that the company is morally unsound.

on top of that, they have and currently have an infestation of gnat larve in all their soils.

water with 2 TBSP neem oil to every gallon of water, every other watering. abortive and prophylactic treatment. I had a bad case of fungus gnats and it killed them ded, D-E-D, ded!

it didn't come from the miracle gro. prior to that grow i had tried hydro for the first time ever(and last time ever, what a fucking hassle and mess any form of hydro is) and the gnats decided to infest my hydro set up. i started a soil grow at the end of hydro grow so they overlapped in time and the gnats made the transition to my soil.

Read again, NOT the MG soil, and don't get stuck on anything meat says.
You haven't been around, but you'll see what I mean.
How's things been?
I haven't seen ya much lately.
How is the 12/12 going?
I used up the kelp stuff you sent, but other stuff is working pretty good so far.

You can also put a small glass of red wine in your closet or grow space. The gnats will fly right into the red juice and die!
