shoulder shrugs work your traps, not shoulders..
what other shoulder exersizes do u do? i just do dumbell over head presses and laterals
u know what i mean ho about the traps tho right in reference to the shoulder areas?

sometimes i do behind the neck presses, upright row if i'm in the gym, u kno not many diff excercises but enough sets that when i'm done if i tell myself to lift my arms or shrug move they wont:mrgreen:

im only 5'7 and i weight 190 soild muscle =) and i like hanging up side down with a 25 pound weigh and doing sit ups

smoking and working out together is so goodd, u work at 100%, i can do the exersises really slow and controlled and on the final rep i hold the weight for as long as i can. ill b sore 2 morrow :leaf: lots of chicken sandwiches aswell,

anyone else workout high?

When I was younger I did. I even worked out hung over. Remember if you get to the gym everyday, you'll never miss a workout.

I can't workout high anymore. Don't know why? Maybe cause I'm older and unfortunately shit is harder to do. lol I think it was about 6 months ago I went and did cardio after getting high. That was the longest fecking 45 minutes of my life. But I did finish.:lol: Never again. Besides, I'm usually in the fecking gym at 0500 M-F 0700 SS (that's cause they open then).

i do my starting cardio when the high is building up, a couple sprints and a 3mile, run, it makes things a lil harder but the high is always amazing right after:mrgreen:

i teach martial arts privately and i lift weights on a 2 day on 2 day off schedule. But I firmly believe that flexibility is just as important as strength training. Stretch before and after a workout if you have time. It aids muscle recovery and can eliminate muscle tightness the day after your workouts. Im not an expert by any means and everyone is different but it works for me. As for getting blazed and lifting.... LOVE IT
I just lose count of reps alot hehe

yeh flexibility is important, especially if u have to run frm the cops! when i used 2 run track, the more flexibile ur legs are and the farther they could go out, the same with ur arms, flexibikity allows u 2 snap ur arms legs back faster, so u cover more ground, faster using less energy

i can't do the splits tho nor do i think i want to

I do a little amateur MMA fighting locally. I lift weights three nights a week do jiu jitsu 3 nights a week and kickboxing two nights. I'm skinny as hell still and never make huge gains but I have awesome cardio.

I'm trying to get into shape... but niggas is broke these day's, and i'm fuckin lazy ashell when it comes to doin it just because...

I'm down with some sit-up's, push-up's.. anything like that.. but I cant do chin-up's.. guess i'm too fat... and fuck running... I trie dthat and thats just more than what I wanna do right now..

So, whats a good way to burn some fat, without running? Prolly would start with stop getting stoned and eating snackie cakes..lol..

mine are atm. 51.6 cms.... thats at the peak of my muscle... ! I love it !

i am getting bigger each day guys ^^ i have started eating nuts & loads of diffrent meats... haha ^^

u've got to run, it's ur only hope, if u really don't want to run then u have to change u're diet (no fried chicken or watermelon lol) and do alot of crunches and resistance training
