yeah........ just aint moving anywhere lately.......

kinda pissed off........ Think i need to go back to the gym this evening and pack up some weights..........
if you're at a plateau, you should switch your weights. consider dead lift, squat, press, and bench press. if you do these exercises with a barbell, switch to dumbells instead. it's an effect way to break plateaus, the same principle applies vice versa. another good way to break a cycle is to do a 5x5 program for a couple months. usually works well.

I do 3x 10 cycles... and 5x5 cycles... allready :D


Just need to up that, i think i will start drinking more of the protein shakes :D

an animal stak isn't bad. kind of uneccesary stack imo, wayyy too many vitamins. long run, it's not healthy for your liver. also, don't increase protein intake--this reduces testosterone. using only direct sources of fats/carbs i still pull around 150-200g protein daily, and i'm seeing great gains. i gotta cut one of these days though, holy fuck im getting fat dude..gotta stop eating chinese food when i get stoned ROFL

anyway, try a ketogenic or anabolic bulk dwr. look it up online, if that doesn't work after a couple months THEN you should start looking into a ph cycle

Today was resistance training. Nothing fancy just hit the dumbells, racks, bars and barbells. eh I'm a little sore. Got to say since dropping weight and incorporating more higher intensity cardio, every other workout, I can actually do fecking 10 pull ups. Feck, I was never able to do that. Oh yeah, going back to the gym after a 10 year binge, best thing I ever did for MYSELF. Here's to all the gym rats around the world. OOhhhh OOOhhhh OOOOhhhh

fuck cardio brah, best way to lose weight imo is to dance. sounds gay but take a good hip hop dance class not only are you gonna shed weight like it was never there but you're gonna end up with hot chicks numbers(if u swing straight), your instructors number(if u swing gay), rhythm, sex skillz, and the feeling knowing that you could gig and smash on anyone at a party is pretty cool too..im talking about the stupidest shit today, im so high,

I can't get into any clubs anymore.

Seriously, I'm gonna check my gym and see if they the shit your talking about. Good advice. Dancing burns calories.

if gym doesn't work brah check out your nearest community college..mine has a shit load of dance classes~. here in cali its 20$/unit. out of state i know tuition is ridiculous though..

did some pushup and sot up sets then went out and played some football, i played safety, noone would wanted to run it against me, then we did one on ones no probs there, then went to the gym, did some squats, pullups and curls finished with some flexibility exercises

Just got back from the gym. Did chest, triceps, shoulders, back and abs then ran a 9 minute mile. Feeling better than I have in a while. Gotta love that whey powder. Oh and Hyphy, one more tall dude for you. I'm right at 6'2" now.

take a better picture breh.small pic+that weird ass filter makes a person always look bigger than they really are..the thing about ur height(ur 5'8'' right?) is that shorter peoples biceps always look bigger..i think it has to do with how your body spreads the muscle mass over a smaller frame..but gjdm

nah im 57 and no im reallly am quite big im a 180 pounds of straight muscle :hump: my arms are big tho plus thats was 2 months ago anyway man ive gotten bigger sence then vains starting to pop out everywhere :mrgreen: and im way more tone then in that pic it was off a shit camra phone with bad lighting thats why i fucked with it but i curle 55 pounds one armed 15 times so i aint doing bad man:mrgreen: and do that to each arm for about 30 minutes
