Why would folks get jealous of u? Or lil ol' me, I got tons of insecurities but eh, I like my body for the most part.... here is a more feminine side of me, no flexing and trying to cover my face some. I will hit the gym as long as I dont turn into a big muscle ball. Hope this doesnt violate forum rules cause I havent read over them. I will delete it soon

nah im just brod thats all i got a wide chest and big shoulders i was bulky before i started to work out fopr some reason i think its the german in me or maybe the french candian

Hard workout today because I was a little lingering blazed. Anyhow wanted to share this move. I think it's bad ass and did it today with 15 lbs, feck I'm sore.
2 X 12 Works a lot of different muscles, although I think it targets the rotors and is not as easy as it looks.

Jumping in the thread a lil late

Thought I'd cast my two cents about my newly acquired bowflex.

Friend of mine is moving and put stuff in storage, helped him out and saw his bowflex, which was currently his coat hanger and dust collector. Put it in my place and had my way with it.

First time I used a resistance machine. The full "weight" comes to effect the farther you pull plastic rods down. Normally I use free weights but I figured I'd give it a try. Not sure the benefits of resistance pull vs free weight. It feels like this one is a lot easier because I am able to bench more on it than normally. I about max the machine out currently and I know I could have a lot of improvement so I think it has its limits definitely.

Any of you know what the benefits of having a resistance machine is? Does it bulk up more or tone? I've used it for a few weeks now and I do see some improvement, but it also has been awhile (i've gotten a tad lazy) and I think I am now resuming my old standards.

Not sure the long term effects of the ol bowflex.

Yeah man, those things will kill ya. Grab some 5lb or 10lb little bitty weights and hold them straight out from you, full span like your flying. Try to hold those guys for even a minute, it'll shred you.

can hardly hold 30lbs for 10 seconds man..... painfull :D
