will twice a week even do anything i workout every day
I think if you hit the shite hard, I mean hard, you'll need two days to recover.

I'm like you, I'm a fecking gym rat. Every fecking day of the week, unless injured or really sick. I like the fecking gym. I wish I was a fecking pro athlete so they could pay me to go. lol

I don't lift heavy anymore, cause at my age injuries occur more frequently. But, I do fecking go and work hard doing my routines.

This is what I'm doing now. Phase I is prepped for the next phase. Good shite, highly recommend it and not all that time consuming if you don't want it to be.

Eternal Beach-Body Plan - Introduction - Men's Fitness

That particular move called the Superman, is working a shite load of muscles. I think it hits the rotors at a diff angle and of course the delts. But because your balancing, it fecking also works your core big time. Now if using momentum, which is by the way a no no, you wont get much out of it.

as i said i do full body workouts, i do 8 6 4 reps which are strength/muscle buliding workout.. and give myself 4 days recovery to grow..

if i was doing 8 reps max id need just 2 days recovery

That's great bro. Me, I'm trimming down.

Most I can curl dumbell with good form is 35 10 rep 2 sets, then my form goes to shite and start jerking and using my shoulders and back and momentum.

overtraining is when, say if on monday u done your shoulder workout and on tuesday u done bench presses then u b overtraining (your shoulders, they both work the shoulders) cause they didnt get the chance to recover properly.

who am i to say anyway, thats just what iv read, looks like it working for u, u should mix up your routine's every 2 months cause your mucles get used to what u are doing and u will loose gains..

Honestly I coldn't imagine going out for a long run without smoking 4 bowls. Every now and then on a new strain I need a day or two to adjust but I wouldnt dream of taking a long bike ride without my under seat fanny pack properly equiped for a stop along the way.
