Three pipe-bomb-type devices wired together were found near the boardwalk in Seaside Park. No injuries were reported and a four-block area was evacuated for most of the day, authorities said.

That was said in jest. I made mention of two bombs going off a page before.
This was actually what started it off, NJ..then NYC explosion.
But their wasn't enough carnage or body parts to really make the 5PM cycle.

It is usually an act done to create an excuse for one government gang to expand their gang territory into a rival gangs territory.
For instance, during the early 1960's high ranking U.S. military officers proposed killing Cuban civilians and blaming it on something else, thus creating the excuse for an armed U.S. invasion of Cuba. This is not "a conspiracy theory" it is a documented fact.

It is tied to the term "conspiracy theory" which has origins in the CIA creating propaganda to marginalize people who question authority by subjecting anyone who questions authority to ridicule.

I guess they had been notified that the building was going to collapse and fucked up with their wording. Theorists went nuts. I don't know why hillary would need inside info on exploding dumpsters. Only time will tell.
