Leaf problems

What are you feeding them and how much? What is the grow medium / type of soil etc... They look like they've been overdosed with nutrients.

Look on the undersides of the leaves. Any bugs? How close are your lights and what kind?

I'm going to guess a multi-micro nutrient deficiency/lockout.

That speckling seems to be signs of a calcium deficiency... but be careful on how you diagnose/treat micro. It isn't always a lack of one... it could be an excess of another... or a PH issue.

I would assume PH is somewhat of a low risk if your soil is good at buffering, or you PH your watering solution, but rule things out systematically... not by assumptions :D

Could be ph as i dont ph my water but my runoff usually comes out at 6.4 and its not all over my plabts just a little bit here and there, i dont think its anything to worry about but just checking

Isn't the same thing.... but might be the same root cause.

I see interveinal chlorosis on new growth...

Mg or cal deficiency? Ph prob or using low PPM water

Would you say they are due a feed? Ive been feeding plain water for the first 3 weeks as there is a light nute mix in the soil for the forst month

Did you have bugs and if so did you spray anything?
Havent seen any bugs, lights are around 20 inches from plants and are hps and no i dont feed cal mag
I'm with xtsho, I see what is likely bug damage in the 1st set of pictures. 2nd set of pictures are not useful to view with grow lights on. Need good pictures like the ones up top that show the normal color.
The yellowing is likely a separate issue but I'm pretty sure you have leaf miners from the original pictures.

Ill get some better pics up of the yellowing tomorrow at some point and leaf miners eh? I was thinking thrips or aphids, any good juices you would recomend to rid me of the miners? Still in veg atm

First turn off the HPS take a pic with normal light then add Epsom salts to your feed water and yes feed them lightly, I would probably foiler feed with Epsom to start. I would also let soil dry out a bit more between waterings.

What soil?
What feed? How much at a time?
Add any supplements - list everything that goes in.

Do you pH? How? What is the pH of the ingoing?

Give us a pic of the whole plant and take all pics under NORMAL lighting - NO HPS or LED.

It is good that you are still in veg, best to try to resolve it before going into flowering. Get some more pictures to make sure. Others can suggest the best way to deal with them.
Thrip larvae are leaf miners.
Googles definition of leaf miners:
Leafminers are the larvae of various insects including beetles, flies and moths. Larvae are usually very small, reaching between 1/5" and 1/8" in length. The leafminer larvae live inside of the leaves of plants and trees, feeding on the soft, inner plant tissue found between the upper and lower sides of the leaf.
