Growing in an apartment?

easy solution...i changed the time the lights come on. so they now run at night. alleviating all problems with light, fan noise, and everything else. they people at my complex are very....simple. i live in a college town what can i say.

they can enter for mantance. ie if the apt below you reports a water leek they con check yourplace for that leek. you have to keep oder at zero. you don't want to have your neibors smelling your grow. also if the apt above you gets a water leek they will want to see what damage it did to your apt. just hope your mantance man is cool if he dose inter. if not you could be busted or have your grow stolen. if you live in hud housing they do do random unit checks. making sure every thing is up to code.
