They have a ticking time clock. So if you were to clone a plant that's at say day 30 the clone would still finish at the same time as the one u took the clone from.

Autos are pretty easy. Stick the seed in a rapid rooter and stuff it in a 5 gallon pot. At week 2 give it a light 25% strength feed and slowly increase it to 50% if she keeps looking good increase it more. Just stick it under 20 hours light for its whole life and chop like you would a photo.

In my brief experience autos can produce decent numbers considering their life span.image.jpegThis bitch is day 50 from seed,a little late to start flowering but has put on some size

Hello, What nutes do you use during veg and what nutes do you use during flower? Do you feed nutes every time you water? How soon do you start using nutes? TY

I'm using flora duo A&B, it's just a 2 part system which I started at 50% strength and increased to my levels now. At first I fed weekly around 800ppm and now I'm actually up to daily at 1600ppm. My extras are calmag, bio weed, and sugar daddy. Now that I'm into flower I'm adding aurora soul and sweet raw. Strange combo but it seems to be working.

I was given the Aurora Soul when I bought my Beastie Bloomz.

I'm also in soil but I did add in a lot of perlite. That's adding to the rapid drought in experiencing.

The owner of the grow shop loves Aurora soul. I can't tell if it's doing anything and may skip it next run. I think it's organic to right? My cap hardly goes on there is so much salt build up and it's expensive compared to my other stuff. 40 per liter, flora duo is 25 a gallon

The only thing I don't understand is if your pulling 2 zips off of a 5 gallon pot. How many posts are you using for a yield the size of a pound. I like autos however i only see them valuable for a mid season or in-between grow. And off I'm npt pulling at least 100gs. the mid season grow is as well as insignificant.

auto plants are feed based plants

if u can make a auto make u 1/2 lb u can make a photo give u 2 lbs

the beneifit of autos is the short time ........think about starting some 3 weeks before the planting season starts....then moving them outside (where photos would only veggie) and u can have a harvest before anyone else

the other beneifit is the fact the strains ........auto plants can not be cloned (does not work) so that u just made that is all there is of it .....making the price point for it higher (different taste profile then any other is offering)

photo plants outdoors u are getting 1 maybe 2 harvest with the light waves controlled by nature.........auto plants u are looking at 3 to 4 a year in the right area

indoor is even better as autos like blue and red light the whole area can be on 1 time table with all the lights mixed (grow it under blue see it streching mover under the red ) or leave them in the area they started in .....but it drops the energy cost for cooling and heating as u only need 1 system to controll it ....same thing goes if u want to add CO2 burner

I think 6-8 oz autos are the standard for what I expect. If I get less it's a little upsetting. I think the biggest downfall of autos is the inconsistency in the breeders and strains. Where photos are cloned so you basically know what your getting.

clones are the down fall of the trade

a cloned plant u are going to get the same shit over and over and over again .........unless u are supplying to more then 1 state it is a death of the biz with in a few years

i know of a guy that makes and sells clones .....he dumb ass got PM on the mother and the clones ......instead of killing off the whole supply and cleaning the aera out he refuses too and keeps selling infected clones becuase he likes the genetics so much

in OR that is the big thing clones .....they all buy clones and then grow them .......their is 1000s of lbs of the same smoke floatting around 1 state ....dropping the prices greatly on a a LB 1400 a lbs for 22% shit

That's because people want that strain and pay for it, they don't want 1000 random auto seeds, clones give the best yield for commercial growers cause you have time to practice them over and over and if you have 10 of the same clone its easy to control the canopy. Not to mention photo plants are more potent and have higher cannabinoid %.

no they do not know what the strain is

they want to grow it to make the money selling it to the store .........the stores do not want those strains anymore they are offering 1400 lb of it

i hooked a person up with seeds i did not want to use they are getting 2000 a lb for those strains because no one in the area has them ......they got a few males and had the 2nd biggest supplier at their grow trying to buy them off her (because no one has those strains)

clones would work if u could ship between states .....but as long as u are locked into just 1 state they are the death of a biz........u can not keep same 12 strain and run it for 10 years

Yeah I agree i'm also seed hunting but I run clones of my proven winners to keep my stock up, I'm gonna try to grow an autoflower again I got some fastbuds green crack on the way but I don't have much in the way of expectations from my last auto grow which was pretty bad.

very very good strain

u can be heavy on the feed with her

rem auto plants are feed based as u learn the strain u will increase the THC and weight it makes
think of the first time as a baseline ....after that u tweak what u did and see if gets better or worst results

fast buds use the same autos ......so alot of what u pick up will carry over (crystal meth does not like as much nitrogen as the green crack)
