Ouch... yea 70% is gonna be a breeding ground for mold. Do you have a dehumidifier you can throw in there?

I need a 2 ton mini split stat! haha well hopefully soon. This is the highest humidity spike I've seen so far since I turned on the lights. Relative Humidity levels will be on the way down with falling outside temps I hope. Its been a little warm here and raining tons.

Well I flipped on the 14 th of October . So 4-5 more weeks. It's holding pretty good right now, high of about 77. Lots of different phenos going but everything is alive. Def not a perfect grow but getting the space dialed in. An indoor environment is so dynamic without fancy a/c equipment!image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg

Check this one out, trying to think what could be going on. A couple weeks into veg in fresh FFOF. It's the only plant I have in veg showing me this. It's strawberry diesel. Any tips appreciated:)image.jpg image.jpg

def looks like burn to me, and FFOF is notorious for this on young veg plants, most would say wait until they are more mature and able to handle it, or mix it with other soil like happy frog(youd have to look up the ratio i think like 2HF:1FFOF or something...) or you can put the FFOF on the bottom of your pots so the roots have some time before they reach into that hotter soil and give the plant more time to grow and mature in order to withstand the high ferts from the PNW fish stuffs inside. PS nice job man those girls in bloom look super nice and i envy how much light you have in that amount of space, def gonna have some fattys on your hand.

I personally dont care for FFOF or HP anymore. Seems like the last 8 months that I was buying their bags they included gnats and large chunks of pine and the ph would always drastically change. HP now has a warning label on it as well that it has ingredients known to cause cancer

Textbook nutrient burn, and FFOF will not burn plants of that size. Bit of a ridiculous statement. It's more an issue at the seedling stage. Your feed mix was prob just a tad Hot. See how the leaf is glossy and dark? Typical when maxing a plant out. The leave(s) will darken to the point of turning black, slightly curl and will gloss over. It's an older leaf anyway and insignificant. I wouldn't worry about it. I've ran with FFOF in the past and personally find Happy Frog to be a far superior soil.
By the way, subcool isn't worthy to even be mentioned in the same thread as Bodhi, much less his gear in the same room. But nice garden, and good luck!

Thanks for the responses. I got into the nitty gritty in the veg garden, and noticed a few other plants showing me it's too hot in the soil too. I've realized that my super soil I've been bottom greasing with is still too hot. So, I'm going to flush a little bit and cross my fingers. I've been lazy on ph too in veg but finally got it dialed in this week.
As an aside, I realized that half my gear is based on the snow lotus dad. Even the chemglue from house of funk. I'm pretty pumped. Anyone heard of shiva by Eskobar? I think this may have snow lotus in it also.
Cheers

I also had a time with crap luck with FFOF and happy frog. First time I cut FFOF with happy frog I immediately got spider mites. No clones, outdoor crossover, it was the dirt. My experimentation with making my own soil has had mixed results, so now I just shop around and stick to FFOF. I'm thinking of trying a sterile medium mix sold at a local nursery supply. Might save me a ton even though I'll still have to buy more veg nutes.

Man what a day my mind is still reeling from re excitement over the possibility of finding a great snow lotus cross. It would be so fun to pollinate all my best moms with each other and go pheno hunting.

There's another plant in my garden, and it was from a breeder pack, but I forgot what it was. So I just called it Bubonic Bunny Chronic which is my standard name for crazy good seeds I sometimes pop that I find in my personal head stash...so for the sake of brevity my brain fired up while I was researching and I remembered it is from house of funk, which released bodhi crosses which are unavailable as far as I can tell, I think they had the green python too? So, I'm chopping it tomorrow to reveg it because it looks that good. Something like day 41-42. It looks like it will be a yielder too. I hope she recovers:/

Thanks to the community of all the awesome brothers and sisters on here for chirpin in. You know like when you see the plant, and your heart knows what's up. But it doesn't have a voice until someone else puts it in print..haha. When I first started researching this stuff, I right away found cool folks and I'm glad things haven't changed.

Rock on guys. I'll take a photo of this house of funk plant tomorrow:)
