finally made my self a 4 net pot dwc bubbleponic system but for some reason the water has like a stream instead of a trickle like its supposed to i have two 14 inch airstones with a dual air pump so i dont think its because theres not enough bubbles ...im planning on growing white wiidow roadrunner california hash from dinafem and big bang and i would like to either try a 12/12 from seed grow or atleast start flowering after 2weeks of vegging cause my grow tent is only 5ft tall if u have any advice or suggestions let me know let me know heres some pics

You raise the humidity with the water and lower the temp with the air blowing on it.

As far as air intake, You can use a simple 6-10" fan just outside or just inside the tent down low (hot air rises). If you want to get fancy you can get on of those duct boosters they sell at Lowe's/HD for about $25-$30. The humidity is not too low just a little lower than optimal.. If you get the fresh air in there the temp should go down to acceptable levels.

Make sure you rinse it well after the cleaning. If you have another res/big ass bucket then use it. Keeps you from making the mistakes on the plants themselves. They especially don't like the ph up and down while the grow.

Is the humidity too low @ 50%?

No way, that is perfect!! Beautiful!!! No need for a humidifier with that kind of humidity. Only will increase the temperature in your grow cabinet.

I currently have a 250 cfu fan pulling air OUT from the tent through the cool tube, past the light. Should I maybe reverse that and pull outside air into the tent?

No leave that in there, matter of fact, you might want to add another fan to pull more out, typically this fan would have a carbon filter attached to it to remove any order. I have a 6" fan pulling through a carbon filter now and it works great. You need another inline fan that is pulling air from outside the cabinet to the inside of the cabinet in addition to the one for your light. Plants constantly need a resupply of fresh air (the need for CO2). Now the key there is to make sure that you filter this air. Pick up a cheap Hepa filter at Home Depot. I duct taped the filter over my fresh air supply and it works great, filters 99% of dust and other stuff.

I'm going to dump ALL the water out, clean everything with vinegar and h2o2, and start again. When I refill it, should I pH test and balance the water in the res. or outside in a separate container?

Perfect, get that junky root stuff out of there and clean up the reservoir like you said. As long as you are going to use the same water source, don't worry about PH right now. Take that meter you have and put it under your mattress for another week or so, that way you wont be tempted to use it. How are you supplying reservoir water to your net cups? I am assuming you are using feeder tubes?

Also, before I flush and refill, should I work on getting the temp in that tent down to a reasonable level like 70-75* first?

Absoultely!! Don't do a thing i.e...plant seeds, add a clone, nothing until that temp in that cabinet can get no higher than 79 degrees with everything running, including all lights, fans, pumps, anything....test your tent temp first and let it run like there is a plant in there for 24 hours so you can get an idea of your temps. Put a temp gauge at the top of the tent on the rails, check the temp about every 3 hours to insure that you are staying consistent. This is when the lights are on as well as off...when it is dark you need to check the temp also, you dont want it to vary more than 10 degrees...if the temp is 78 with lights on, then no cooler than 68 with the lights off. Think about the temps outside and what is ideal to a plant....high 70's in the day and hig 60's at night is optimal. That is why the mountains of Cali and here in Colorado are perfect for growing...great temps and great soil...but in our case, great water!!!

OK. I pulled everything out of the room that the tent was in. I got a shop vac in there and cleaned all the shit that was in the room out that might get pulled into the tent. I dumped, cleaned, and sanitized the basin. I soaked everything that was going back into the res in a bucket with the distilled water. I added 1/4 nutes (Boost and Grow) to the bucket. I poured that all back into the res.

As for the fresh air, like I said I cleaned the shit out of the room. I installed another in line fan at the bottom of the tent pulling air into the tent. I placed a air purifier directly in front of that fresh air fan. I also have a larger fan keeping the 'outside' air cooler. Inside the tent, the temp was at 78* by the time I was finished, about 5 minutes ago. The Humidity was @ 56%. The water temp was 73* and the hP was 6.2.

Thank you guys so much. I'll get some pictures up later. But for now, I'm a broken down palace.
Also, I replaced the cheap bs airstones that came with the setup and bought new ones. Those cheap green ones were breaking down and leaving a bunch of crap in the res.

27 and gaining. Im in the process of converting a friend of mine he transfered from dirt to hydro. he has more of an aero hybrid cause he had the pvc plumbing with sprayers and wanted to use it if possible instead of getting the manifold. its basically the same setup as the bubbleponics except for that. so far everything is going good for him with the transition. oh yeah I got the bubblehead discount when I ordered the stuff to do my bucket conversion. awsome.

I got the dual spectrum 2's that i ordered today pretty stoked i also ordered a 150 watt hps from ebay just to make sure that i get some pretty decent buds. Im pretty sure im gonna start flowering my plant sometime within this week and im planning on growing my batch that i have in my bubbleponics system 12/12 from seed cause i only have a 5ft tall grow tent and space issues so i think it would be alot less bushy any suggestions would help. Heres some pics- I only have one sprout so far and its the california hash hopefully the others will catch up soon... do u think the sprout that i have is ready for light yet i have plastic over it still?

Your plants look a little nitrogen starved. What you feeding them? Also, you need to remove the tubes from the top of the cube and place it half way up on the side. Richt not the seeds are overwatered. You place it half way down butted to the side of the cube. That keeps teh seed evenly moist and as soon as they pop it makes the root search for the water down instead of up. Rule is if you can see a spout it needs light. Even if one out of the group pops I turn on the lights and the rest soon follow.

You guys are awesome. It's a fact. Thanks again. I've been away from a computer for the last few days, so here's an update.
I put two seedlings in a couple days ago, and one is doing real well. It's a fem. Northern Light, and I'm looking mad-forward to that. My really, really sad looking Green Spirit has come back from the dead like Jesus. It's looking good too. I set up my other 6 pod bubbleponic tonight, and filled it with water so tomorrow when my other seeds sprout I'll fill it up too.
I have 2 250cfu exhaust fans pulling air out, one through a cooltube, and a third fan pulling outside air into the room The temp has stabilized at 78*. Also, the humidity is staying under 56%, typically at 50%.
Everyday I freeze a liter of distilled water and let that drip into the bucket. So far it's worked out perfectly, because the water level hasn't gone over my 6 gal mark. I've been disciplined about messing with the pH, just letting it be, but tonight I checked it and it was up to 7.3. I know you guys said to just ignore the pH for a week and let these girls go, but when should I adjust it down? And when should I feed them another 1/4 nutrients? Also, with my 2nd bucket, should I start that off with the 1/4 nutrients as well, or just straight water at first?
Again, I'll get some pictures up soon.

Are you getting fresh air into the grow room? Temps are good and for veg you want that humidity up in the 70% range if possible. I hang wet t-shirts on cup hooks for a low tech solutions. In winter, I'll probably get a nice humidifier because the ambient humidity in winter here is in the 30% range.

Check the PH one more time before you put the girls in place and if it's still 7.3 I'd give it a micro dose of say 5ml for the whole res just so you find out what small amounts of ph do to your water. Keep in mind that too little is just to little but too much is a problem. You should start feeding them when you see a second set of leaves and the round pnes they use to breake the seed don;t count. Until then, water only. They have built in nutes to get them that far and it's better to let Mother Nature tak it's course before you mess with it. Seeds and small ones are very sensitive. I go with straight water until the plant tells me it needs something. Lighter green. a slowed down growth, slight browning of the tip are what I look for before I add the quarter to any hydro set-up.

Thanks mostlycrazy i swear ive asked so many time where the tubes are and i didnt get any answers so i just stuck them on top so thank you, putting them half way down does make much more sense. The only nutrients ive been using are fox farm hydroponic growbig and tigerbloom for flowering which i havnt used yet but if u have any suggestions i have a wormsway close are there any better nutrients or something i could add with my foxfarm?...and was wondering what you think about 12/12 from seed with bubbleponics system?
