I think it's the grower.I grow hydro and my weeds heaps better than lots of soil grows, but I'm sure there are tons of soil growers with better weed than me.But for me, in my experiences, I grow better buds in hydro.

Are you starting your plants from seeds in this system? if you are in week one of a seedlings life it will be too strong and burn your babies. If you are starting from a rooted clone it should be ok.

Yep, that's how I do it. I run mine continually until the roots hit, or you can use a timer and have it stop/start.

My system is a little different but basically the same principle. I use a top feeder until my roots are in the water, the clay balls will soak the water out of the rockwool fast, so unless your net pots are in contact with the water, I would suggest a pump to top feed.

Thanks man, yeah it's so basic and simple but effective. its just a black tub with some holes cut in the lid, one air pump and air stone. i use rock wool to hold the cuts in place. You don't need a dome or cloning gel. Just water
