maybe try backing ur cam up and zooming in once or twice and retake? or flip the little button that makes it go plant mode. but judging by that last one, it looks like it. id give it a few days though to make sure. more will pop up before the current ones(if any) pollinate.

so..im thinking maybe colder temps than they should be getting at night? there night time it gets no less than 75-70. they are pepper plants that are typically grown in a warmer environment. i think once they are mature. nite time temps of 75-70 induce help induce flowering. they are small now...
