Probably nitrogen deficiency, but want to double-check.

Reminds me of magnesium deficiency. What kind of water are you using?

    small, leathery, waxy fan leaves

As DaBong said pics help a lot. But from your thread title description, they definitely sound rich in nitrogen, which probably means they've been burnt which leads to lockout. Do you see dark green leaves and yellow tips, probably a little curling downward at the tip of the leaf? I have always...

    plant problems

Are your plants looking healthy or kind of deficient? Could be one or more related deficiencies. Normally weak stems are caused by calcium deficiency, but there could be a number of things going on which could be contributing to the problem.

Leaves are getting worse and still cant figure whats wrong

looks like calcium deficiency. The plant looks a little burned though leaves are definitely rich with nitrogen. Might want to skip a feeding or check your runoff pH and ppm.

    powdery mildew

Picking off leaves doesn't help much because the infection is systemic within the plant. Once it has PM it will stay in the plant unless you can suppress it to the point where it cannot continue to feed off its host. Greencure is a good cheap option, I used serenade which smells like stinky...

    lumatek 1000?

Yes there is a cordset called the splitter from Life Light Systems that you can plug into your 1000w ballast, which splits into 2 reflector receptacles, in which you can hook up 2 reflectors running 600's. Obviously your not going to be pulling 1200w through the 1000w, but your splitting what...

    Any suggestions

ya the tips are burnt a little. if the rusting was from some sort of deficiency, or slight lockout from the overfert, it definitely looks like calcium damage.

    Hash Oil?

Try this for some reeeeaaally potent BHO extract. It's a pretty simple process but the result is great. http://www.thcfarmer.com/forums/f60/happy-brother-trim-bho-budder-6627/

What is Causing This? Is it Mosaic Virus?

Looks like bad pH damage. Doesn't match with your story you seem to be doing things right. Especially in pro mix. You should find out your soil pH is or at least test runoff if possible.

"That Stuff" Mighty Wash? Kills Mites Dead

Im glad to hear that stuff worked! Our hydro store just got mighty wash in a few weeks ago, we looked and saw it was 99.9% water and figured it was crap. I'm glad to hear it worked out for you because now I might sell it to more people to get some more feedback. It seems like a very safe...

Hotshot No Pest Strips. How Close to Harvest Can You Use Them?

You really shouldn't use a toxin that harsh on or near flowering plants. Its best used only in veg, but if you are willing to take a risk then use it. You may or may not find a residual taste from it, most likely not, but the main ingredient is a carcinogen that may remain. They are strips...

Power Went Out Today while at Work Ac Didnt Turn Back on 8-10hrs 100deg

You should be able to tell if they are OK or not. I once had the same thing occur, except my duct work fell off my exhaust and raised temps to 103 while I was at work. Luckily I run co2 so my plants suffered no damage. If your plants have curled tips and brown leaf margins they suffered some...
