small, leathery, waxy fan leaves

I have 7 chocolopes that have been in 3 inch rockwool cubes for 3 weeks from seed and recently transplanted them into 18 liter pots with pebbles. 3 out of 7 are displaying these sick looking leaves and the other 4 don't look especially good either. Any ideas?

As DaBong said pics help a lot. But from your thread title description, they definitely sound rich in nitrogen, which probably means they've been burnt which leads to lockout. Do you see dark green leaves and yellow tips, probably a little curling downward at the tip of the leaf? I have always seen a leathery texture in leaves that are too rich in nitrogen.

Pics would be a huge help though, because the fact that their small means they probably aren't getting enough nitrogen among other nutrients, which sounds like a lockout or deficiency. What are you feeding and how have you been feeding them?
