I apologize for the crappy pics but its all i can do, but it seems one plants leaves are withering slightly and the other plants bottom leaves are slightly yellowing, is there even a problem? There about 2 weeks old now there under 2 florescent bulbs temp of room is around 70-73 deg and for now all im using is water. should i start with nutrients yet?

if there in rockwool not soil i would deffinatly start nutes asap , but on a very very very very very small scale , less then 1/4 of the dosage and then in another 1-2weeks start feeding from 1/4 dosage up

I wouldn't give them ANY nutes just yet. Rule of thumb is 3-4 weeks old then start a mild mix of nutes. But most importantly....YOU NEED MORE LIGHT AND GET IT CLOSER or they will not survive.
