Yellow spots on the new leaves

I'm growing two plants purple kush plants and the biggest of the two is having all these little yellow spots on the last three sets of leaves.
The newer leaves have more of these spots.
I was thinking of overnutrition, but since the other (smaller) plant is in the same soil mixture (bat guano and worm castings) and isn't showing these spots I don't know what it can be.
Ideas?

Here they are, the small one in front is white light. It too is in the same soil, but has no yellow spots on it.
I'm using LST on the biggest two.

Checked for bugs... There were only a few, maybe 2 or 3, lice on each leaf. Do you think they could be responsible for all of the yellow dots?
I need to find me some ladybugs!

Overall I think the plants look healthy...

lady bugs and predatory nematodes beat neem oil any day of the week regardless of pests...other than house cats...if your cats are messing with your plants try neem oil...it deters cats and mice, and not much else...in my experience...things that sniff things are against neem, but it is so gross to use...yuck...nematodes and ladybugs are the ticket...you could try sevin dust...it kills most bugs of any sortbut is a poison
