All solid info thanks is everyone!

Update: Nothing super new. Did my first foliar spray last night with epsom 1 tsp per gallon just fixed it up and threw in a sprayer and sprayed them when lights went out, probably won’t see any result for a few days I would assume. Did notice some plants that weren’t yellow are now starting to get yellow on a few leaves. Would post pictures but can’t at the moment. Plan was to spray for a few days then add a little epsom to my res to counter all the cal that’s in there to hopefully balance everything out.

Agreed.... megacrop isnt for beginners

The stuff kicked my ass a couple of times cuz I didnt know how to use it..

This is a live and learn sort of thing. Growing.
B4, what did you learn about the best way to use megacrop? I plan on testing this fert soon and appreciate hearing about your experience.

I read as much as I could on it before buying it and found it had good reviews so I ended up getting it but didn’t turn out so good for me. Granted it was user error mostly I will say if you have high tap like I do (330ppm) I would use ro water and add back the calmag. Like above go half dose. I recently went to Mills Nutrients and love it so far but definitely will give MC another go when I get more experience.

Using MegaCrop, PPM measurement is important, and CALMag also needs added. I didnt find that the new formula is really any better then the old to be honest. Use Calmag, 100PPM worth, PLUS the MegaCrop thru week 4 of flower, then drop calmag and give 200PPMs worth till harvest. So mix the calmag first, checkPPMs then add MegaCrop. Also, depending on your light, I like to know the par, and match the par your at for the PPMs you want for that week of feed.

So, if your say in week 4 of veg, and your getting 300 par, then for that week, you should be only feeding 300PPMs for that week. So, that means, if your adding 100PPMs of Calmag, then add just 200PPMs worth of MegaCrop, and there is your 300PPM for the week.

Week 5 Flower, your getting 800 PAR, 200PPMs of Mag-sulfur, then 600PPMs of Megacrop for that week of feed, getting you to 800PPMs for the week.

MegaCrop is strong stuff, and better to be light on it, and not heavy and stall your growth.
