I could list over a dozen that are quality. I have never had evan williams though its on my list.
I have never had basic wild turkey. I read that the 101 was quality and it turned out to be true.
Makers 46 is great stuff. I have never had the blue label, just the 46 and it is def quality.
George Dickel barrel select is worth the money.
Also im not a big canadianclub fan, maybe the higher ends but not the basics.

I come from Irish stock and I'm pretty sure there was whiskey in my baby bottle, whiskey was medicine around my house...got a scrape or cut put some whiskey on it, got a shiner from playing shiny {pick-up hockey for those who don't know} take a shot of whiskey, have to shovel the driveway better have a shot to warm up...hell we had a Trader Vic's Bartending Guide on the kitchen table next the ketchup and A-1 sauce.

All depends what I'm doing, which one I start with.
Usually shot (several) comes first, then beer later when I can sit down and relax.
