Actually we have (kulfi) icecream with jasmine, cardamom, jeera and sometimes others of the same spices we put in curry. Surprisingly, it works!

Keep wanting to press like to posts!!!,but yeah curried ice cream sounds interesting but I can kind of see it working, like chilli and chocolate, I love Indian cooking, I have 3 Goan curry recipes I have made over the years and refined, to the extent that I was brave enough to make them for a ex of mine who was Bangladeshi, and whose parents own a restaurant, made my Goan fish curry and literally made up some chicken tikka on the spot (pieces not curry so on metal skewers),surprisingly she pretty much licked the plate clean,I was :D,

I don't know yet. I'm thinking of making some Oyster Stew. It's 25 degrees outside with snow on the ground and blowing snow from the strong winds. Two days ago it was 78 with the navajo willows leafing out and apricot trees blooming. All gone. The vagaries of living in higher elevations.

I'm cooking a whole turkey with all the trimmings. No, not that kind of trimmings.

Looks like I won't have to cook for a while.
