What is the standard "payment" for trimming help?

depends a lot on the type of bud as well. i have some strains that have 3 fan leaves and then 3 quick snips with the fiskars. other strains have 20 fan leaves on a bud and you have to slow down to dig in and get them. the difference can add up very quickly when dealings with pounds.

200 for every pound? damn thats hella. I pay 1/4 a day of sum top shelf indoor. I usually have 3 people working with me for 3 days. I can trim one plant in about 1 hour if Im on it. each plant is around 2 zips a little more or 2. so about 8 hours a pound. but i take alot of breaks so id say about 10 hours a pound lol

i like paying people in bud. you put down a paper plate or something and slowly start dropping bud on it while you watch the face of the person you are kicking down to. as soon as their eyes light up, you stop dropping. then you glance at them, smile, and drop one more bud.

solid.

and you have to admit that a pound of outdoor is trimed alot quicker than a pound of indoor. I have never trimed outdoor but the nugs that I see on friends plants are at least a half a zip. wish I had sum outdoor to trim this year.

indoor goes hella faster. outdoor tends to have a larger leaf per calyx ratio.

Dropping yo friend a few grams of top shelf and smoking all day! Kuz you kknnoooowwwww how we do it!!! Lol, but I think that is more than enough!!

I pay 20 bucks per hour. Plus I provide smoke, food and beverage. each trimmer usually leaves after 3 days with 500 plus a cash tip of 50 bucks. We trim wet so there is no bud to tip them with. On the third nite we grill filets. My trimmers are one of the most iimportant parts of the whole process. So we treat them like gold.

If you have a lot though, the Twister is super bad ass! We have a rolling thunder but planning on upgrading to the twister.

i know a few people who reimburse their "helpers" with one ounce per one pound trimmed. not bad, but trimming a pound takes a lonnnnnng time. i would glady trim for less than that. even for a few gs i would trim for. i love trimming.
