There is already one hell of a good management team in place now. Th current owner will do all the headache stuff and my wife will do the money stuff. I'm trying to talk her out of it I know what a hard time a restaurant can be.

I am living in New Bedford, Massachusetts, right now.
New Bedford is the biggest scallop fishing port in the world, I believe.
Besides maybe Alaska, I believe New Bedford makes the most money from sea food, because scallops are expensive, and we have the most scallop boats here, I believe.
I used to work on commercial fishing boats, it was the toughest job I ever had.

There are some great sea food restaurants in New Bedford. My cousin started his culinary career there.
A Vietnamese noodle meat soup, really really good.

I have been living in New Bedford for about 11 years now, for the most part. I also lived in Rhode Island, with My x fiance for a while. And I lived in My house in Maine for about a year. But I have mostly lived in New Bedford for the past 11 years.

Not being SURE it was perfection we ordered the lobster bechamel on an order of fries that I hoovered with another 11% Accelerator! I am actually going to put on MAKE UP for tonight's New Years Eve Party! They have dancing!! I can't wait 2 beers and food for $25.00! How can you beat THAT? HURRY UP TONIGHT!
