Weedoozie's Nor Cal Greenhouse (ADVICE WELCOME)

Hey there RIU! I'm a female :) Medical Marijuana Patient in Nor Cal.
With one indoor grow under my belt and much much MUCH reading on the subject, I ventured outdoors for my second Grow Op inside my Greenhouse facing West. I've learned much from my first grow (link in sig) and I hope to only improve with time. I've found that Organic is the way to go so I'm trying once again to be as organic as possible.

ENVIRONMENT: Being in Northern California, I have a climate best suited for Indicas and Indica dominant strains. The only plant of mine that isn't Indica dom is the bagseed clone but it seems to be doing fine inside the greenhouse.
So far this season is just starting flowering and I have:
~8 GDP's in 1 gallon pots
~1 clone of my indoor bagseed sativa dominant female from my 1st grow
~and 1 Big Blue in a 15 gallon pot

TRAINING: I've currently only used LST on my Big blue but I'm planning on LSTing the 8 GDP's as well. As for the Bagseed clone, it was "monster cropped" or whatever you want to call it when you take a clone from a flowering female only 1-3 weeks into flowering, so it's kind of LSTing itself already with many branches shooting out of her.

MEDIUM (for all plants): 1/2 Happy frog, 1/8 Black Gold, 1/16 Seabird Guano, 1/4 Earthworm Castings, 1/16 Fine Bone Meal, and a little bit of extra Perlite.

WATER: Luckily for me, the town I live in has a set pH of 7 for tap water. At first, I added a little pH down to make it about pH 6.7 but since June, I began getting more towards pH 7 water. I let the tap water sit out for 2-3 days before I give it to my plants so to let the chlorine evaporate. I also have a ghetto mist system set up in my Greenhouse that I have on as needed for humidity, bringing temperatures down, and to discourage pests such as spider mites.

NUTRIENTS: Besides the nutes already present in the medium, I have the Earth Juice line which I add to the feeding water and that I've only given a few times to all plants thus far.

Alright, here are the pictures and see picture names for descriptions!

Rock on Weedoozie, certainly subbed for this one.

Now I am unsure here, but ummm I believe I see a couple pics where it was yellowin from the bottom. Do you know what your ph was?? I would flush em...or if you know what you used, i'd back off on the strength (a little). And do you know what the temps are?? The leaves look a little down, could be a humidity issue.

Don't take my word for it, just go with what you know. Pullin up a milkcrate. :)

Thanks man! Yes, the 8 GDP's (with the yellowing bottom leaves) were not mine originally, a friend pawned them off to me as she could no longer keep them. When I took them in, they were still in party cups and were growing to big for them. They were yellowing and showing signs of a P or K deficiency so I transplanted them into what you see now and have given them a little extra Earth Juice bloom nutes in addition to the Grow, Catalyst, Microblast, and Hi-brix. They have shown signs of improvement so far and I think they'll get better. I'm waiting for them to become healthier for LSTing. I think I'm going to give 2 of the GDP's away to another Medical Grower because I may have too many plants...Temps stay around 80-65 degrees, humidity ranges from 30-70%, keeping it at 40-60% almost all the time.

Jacked a milk crate from work, upsides of working at a cafe/bakery :p

Heh, funny you mentioned in bold you're a girl in this thread. Good job on bringing those plants back to life. I'm guessing you're worried about having more than 6 mature plants. That's cool if you can give a couple of extras to another medical grower.

Hehehe yup, I'm in the habit of not making the same mistakes twice :P
Thank you for the compliment and yes, I am concerned about the laws regarding number of plants so I figured that would be the best alternative

Yo all you RIU peoples!

I just gave away 2 of my GDP's to my medical grower friend so I'm down to 6 GDP's, 1 big blue, and 1 bagseed clone.

The 6 GDP's I have are just beginning to show preflowers on some of them. I have 1 confirmed GDP female and looks like 2 others may have balls :( But that's okay, I'd prefer to keep my plant amount around 6 mature ones as the law regarding the amount of plants a patient can have changes and I want to be on the safe side. I just hope the rest of the GDP's who haven't shown their sexes yet turn out female! I'll update with pictures tomorrow as today is a misting day:weed:
The bagseed clone is doing very well, already showing buds all over and sugar leaves that her mother didn't have. I'm so glad I cloned that bitch. She is curing now and getting beter and better tasting/smelling every day with a spicy sweetness about her. And smelling like lemons. Its a crazy combination and I love it even though the mother's bud looks a little janky from the N deficiency I caused her from my first grow:oops:. Oh well, live and learn :)

Misting has done wonders for all the plants, they have all gone through growth spurts and no sign of spider mites!

Flies are another problem...I'm going to have to do another dry ice fog at some point soon. Its so cool though, I'll try to get a video or some pictures of it.

As for G.G's clone, she is getting a ton of trichs already :) She was meant for the sun, her mother never had this many so early in flowering...

I have 1 more confirmed female GDP! That brings me 2 girls and 2 boys from the GDP and the other 2 are still undecided. Supercropping all!

Big Blue is loving the LST, she is growing up through all the obstacles I've put in her way

Still looking good, Weedoozie. Nice LST job. But something about supercropping scares me. I suppose the first "break" is always the hardest. I might give it a shot next season.

Thanks man! Yes, supercropping is something to get used to...kind of like poppin cherry
but after you do it a bunch, it turns out really great and as long as you don't have pests sucking the life out of you're supercropped areas, it should make your plant grow stronger and thicker stems to support fatter, bigger, and more buds :)

Hey people! Another fine summer day in Northern California, although I see the fog coming over the coastal mountains, it probably won't get here until nighttime.

All plants are dong well, 3 confirmed GDP females! 2 confirmed GDP males, 1 undecided. Pretty good so far! I'm hoping the last is a female, it would be nice to have 4 small GDP's from the same family show me their different phenotypes. I love the purple they have on their new growth, its lovely. I'm debating on whether or not I should keep the males? They seem of good stock but I can't have them near my girls. I'd probably have to guerrilla grow them somewhere...and I don't know where that could be as of now...

If worse comes to worse, I'll kill them and bury them in my fruit garden because I don't want to waste the nutrients they carry and I don't want to make hash out of them, I have plenty of trimmings and stems for that :)

Something kind of unexpected happened to my Big Blue when I topped her: I took the top of one of her colas because I found spider mites on it and I didn't want it infesting the others. I sprayed the shit out of it with cold jet streams of water and then with Captain Jack's Deadbug (on all the plants in the greenhouse as well). After doing that, I felt bad about just tossing the top part of the plant I cut off because it was a lot of growth to just throw away. I decided instead to stick it into my organic cherry tomato's planter pot just to see what would happen. I kept the mister on for a long time on it, keeping the humidity at like 100% and guess what? THE BITCH GREW ROOTS! Now I have a small, 1 cola clone of my Big Blue growing in the same pot as my organic cherry tomatoes. I know this was a little bit stupid as the roots will now entangle and the clone probably won't get bigger than it already is but wow, I wasn't expecting it to happen at all so this is kind of cool

I also included extra pictures: 1 of this bomb breakfast I made this morning, Chocolate Oatmeal with Strawberries! Mmmmm delicious  1 of the view from my greenhouse's deck in Nor Cal, and 2 pictures of my Organic larger Tomatoes:mrgreen:

Anyway, here are the pictures! AS ALWAYS, SEE PICTURE NAMES FOR DESCRIPTIONS (bottom right hand corner)

So my GDP sexes went exactly 50/50, 3 females and 3 males.

Not bad, considering now I have the experimental clone of Big Blue growing in the same container as my cherry tomatoes making my plant count an even 6 to be mature this season.

So the female Cannabis list goes as follows:
~1 Big Blue from seed
~1 G.G bagseed (sativa dominant) clone
~3 Grand Daddy Purples from seed
~1 Big Blue tiny clone by accident
__________________________
6 Lovely Cannabis plants to grow

I found a disgustingly fat looking green caterpillar making itself a nice cocoon on the underside of a sugary fan leaf on my G.G bagseed clone. I moved it to 1 of the male cannabis plants which I separated from the girls. I know my girls are sweet but no girly chew for you.

Here are some pics of G.G's clone this evening:
