I keep mine 5.2-5.8 and never go over 6 in the AG. Lots of other folks prefer 6.0 or a tad higher, I think.

What I've read, the optimum is 5.8 in water grows. I here a bit acidic keeps down root rot, etc.

That's just my 2c's

Yeah man, same here, I just gotta get something with a bigger reservoir! The AG is going to be great fun though, it keeps you creative overcoming these hurdles :)

Day 2 from seed​


All is lookin good so far, all three seeds have sprouted, the TW and the PBK are about to drop the seed, for some reason thats always the first thing :roll: anyways, the MS i have cut the set of leaves that were about to die, its still growin, again, i can really care less about it at this point, jus gonna let it go. My White Rhino and the other Med seed had cracc'd, so i will transplant them into the AG tommorrow, STILL havnt got any more lights or the Air Pump, i kno, I never get around to anything, same reason why it took me so long to start up haha. But there is no starting over this time, im going to work wih whatever i get. :hump:​

will put pics up in a lil bit, my fucin computer is actin stupid :(

they lookin good...it took me awhile to get my airstone....now its taking me forever to get these lights...im still debating on what kind of light i want to use
