No, way less.... I'm into this set up on the roof for about 9k minus my labor..... chiller was 4500 off craigs, I guilt the dry cooler out of a greenhouse fan and a couple custom semi truck radiators and the. A 100 bucks for the res. The steel was about 800 and some paint for the wrap. Working on piping supports right now and should hopefully be piped up and turned on in two weeks!
