Yes it still has abamectin as well as thiamethoxam. It is systemic. The major reason it was banned in some countries is it highly toxic to bees and if used outdoors can devastate bee populations. As far as toxicity to humans you'll have to investigate that. I personally don't like systemics,and even if safe for ingestion, I doubt anyone has info on how safe it is to smoke.
