I lost my whole seed collection had about a thousand $ worth of seeds !!!! But im gonna order some next week and start a stealth cab grow
My old house i ran 1400w but prolly gonna be about 250 this time
Wanna see how those leds do for you
But yeah im high as shit just lettin u know im subd up
But i suck

Yup that is a veg spectrum LED light, the first one I bought. Love it not sure it makes a huge difference on the veg vs flower model in veg (last time had one of each going and didn't see a big difference)
How'd you lose a $1k seed collection? I lost a 4 pack of seeds over the move... bummer no idea what happened to it.
I like LEDs... had good results with'em last time, and most people who've done both think HPS+LED is ideal. My one concern is heat management as the room they're going to is several degrees warmer than the one they're in now. I can move it to the room they're in now if I really wanted, but I don't want to use that room for that.

I got jacked by an ex.. Had lots of dna,bohdi,gage green strains..was collecting for about a yr had em all in a gold tin... Moved out from my gf house to get back with the baby mama...long story short i left all my lights n equip, and she jacked the seeds and prolly just gave em away!
Im gonna order some kushberry seeds next week and get a 150 hps i think for a armoire
Id like to switch to blackstar or at least add a 90w ufo eventually but still havent got a job since i moved
Edit: could have been $500 worth.... Either way i had seeds for days n was SICK that i lost all of em!

Yeah my last grow was LED for flowering. That's why I'm curious to see how much difference there is with HPS added.

Yes I was I didn't find yield or density to be a issue grew some huge suckers.
The seedlings are growing like crazy leaves getting even bigger that runt is still lagging behind but growing, still hyper green. Looks good though, just not having the same fast growth as the rest. Looks like I'm gonna have a lot of indica influence lots of nice fat almost to the point of being rounded leaves. I'm gonna have to work harder to maintain ideal conditions... these thriving seedlings are showing me what a difference that makes... 75-78, lots of airflow and 45-55% humidity they are lovin it. This is the first grow I can remember where almost every time I checked they're noticable bigger.
It's gonna be a really good thanksgiving this year -- probably the first ever i'll be personally thankful for a harvest
should just be getting the first fully dried and freshly curing samples at that point from this harvest... i'll be balls deep in dank. Of course then the second batch of seeds should get harvested a couple weeks before christmas 
Last thanksgiving I almost passed out on some cake I made ate a bit too much I guess... I need to get to making some more cake.. I usually have more than I can eat before it goes back and end up giving some away. Gotta see if my coconut oil is still good going to try wrapping it in foil and leaving it on my desk under the skylight for several days and seeing how well that method works. Got some nice coffee strainers that should make it a breeze.

Im ok with that, as long as they keep showing face. I planted them directly into the one gallon pots, so that should avoid seedling transplant stress.
And I'm a firm believer that the first burst of root growth is one of the most important times in a young plants' life.
Initial root growth is important because they will be supplying the basis of foundation for our girls. Root growth occurs before top growth, and the top growth is in direct correlation with how healthy/large. The root system is.
And being they wil start in the same pots they will finish in, they should do better than a series of up potting.
(other side of the coin)
Not to say that step up up potting is a bad thing. This method, we start in a seed tray/yogurt cup/solo.. What have you...
then as the roots become semi bound, they become denser.(side shoot roots) and we keep stepping up in pot size until pot size reached or plant size says" you need to flower me now"(we all have different needs and situations)
Then you'd have more root mass, which when uppotted becomes more building material for top growth.
I think the step up method works get well. For those that are going to veg longer than I am.

I'd definitely go bigger pot if it was from clone. I'm not gonna waste dirt on boys since I don't breed Once I identify my keepers I will probably go straight from rooting clone to final size airpot. Man am I going to be able to grow some tremendous beasts in those.
