Depending on the the driver you may be able to just switch the dimer. The driver itself shouldnt have a problem with 5%.

I got this one. Its for ks3000. I like that the marks fce150 will let you dim where ever you want to. My clones are burning up. This aftermarket cheap light only goes to 25% too and suspect is burning my clones. That if only I could dim it or put back the previous light source or find something just as soft on them.. Will fix it.
If I dim the lights or find a good alternative light source thats still bar lights and lines up well with a box fan.

Dang brah I solved mold PM and budrot with bar lights but theres like none to choose from. Viparspectra if I remember are discontinuing production and their new drivers dont dim the same. Mars hydro 3x3 driver doesnt detach and needs to because its too obstructive of air flow if box fan above it like I do.
It says mars hydro fc series can cover a 3x3 for veg being a 2x2 light or 2.5x2.5 for flower. The driver dont detatch but its barely ok it works for me. I hope they dont stop making them I done feel like Im gonna have to make my own some day.
Migro dont really hang the way I need them to it will be tricky and dont really know their lights. I feel like they need specific lighting and this hipar gero after market is burning my clone up. Would need to be able to dim it for veg. I think the leds are just hard on them.
Anyway I think aci will be my future light infact might buy one now. They detach driver and I think use samsung chips which been the best on my plants. Im using bridgelux though on my fce1500’s. I hope they dont stop making those. Thats like all my options when vipars stop being made.

Spider farmer I mean idk why but limited to ebay if to get extention cord for driver. Can tyou use anything or is it specific to that light? I dont like that and prefer plug and play but wow might have to learn how to make my own some day. Unless they hear everyones concerns.
Maybe it will become popular enough to. I mean shit I know people keeping tabs on my grow like damn the kid still dont have PM or budrot. Run after run. Couple people talking about considering doing the same thing. Its like the designers of these lights never considered it be used this way.
On too of that if it can be fully dimmable, not preset levels I can work with my plants easier. My veg plants that is.

Ahh itchin to buy the aci evo4 already decided to but $400 for a veg light? Crazy. I just know my pheno and this janky light is burning them. I done after market lights before just fine but I guess not all are worth it. One review said they had burns from the light just poor growth.
I just aint got the money for something like that right now or ever to be frank thats crazy. Curveballs in the grow but is what it is.

Its mine. Buy once cry once. Is what it is, its for the grow. Just please dont stop makin them. Detachable driver truely detachable for “heat dissapation” but for me its air flow. Second, its got the dial that can go down to the 1%, not pre set at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Lastly its a diode I know, samsung and omg now I think about it.. Those after markets that did me well were epistar diodes.
These cheap ass bar light I got peobably are even more after market like some crazy fake shit. Bad on the plants. One person reviewed so and not many reviews so it could happen to more than just that person if this was the cause. Just think, when have I seen such dark black/purple swollen leaf stems. Its the light.

Damn theyre bridgelux and osram. So its not a bad light but why is it just burning my plaants.. The mars hydro and vipar is too but they can be dimmed more precise. This one cant but its just burning them. Maybe configuration of diodes making spectrum that some can not like? I never have isues in veg besides when the light was the issue last time but since then was fine.

If youre getting purpling then try a bit higher temps.

Sounds crazy but had this before, its not just the purple stems but the fading and even some calcium/mag rust spots. Twisty canoeing leafs and swole look. I just dimmed to 20% and got these results back. Problem is the problem light is only 25%. At least the ks300goes to 5% and can lower light but they now make the dimmers 30% minimum straight to 50% and on.
Im not the only one mad at that people are giving one star reviews just because of it. Appearently the ks3000 has defects that the diodes stay phantom like when timer shuts it off. Mine dont do that, for sure a defect.

6 days later can see more what I mean. Its too tall into the light and cant dim or raise it. Spelling faliure of $129 led light spent. Not bad for some bridgelux and osrams tho but fragile or I just got a defect that I plugged in turned on then unplugged and wouldnt turn back on.

Oh and I cannot raise temps its in basement where its just cold as freezing nips. Its just one of those weird unique part of my grow that is set up the way it is. I raised temps before it will not make it tolerate more light it used to be in the flower room upstairs warm. Idk if its just this pheno, idk.

Idk now all the sudden Im seeing its detachable the driver. On the 3x3 lights from mars and spider. The spider dont look bad even if the driver is where its at. The ones with the plastic hang on thing wont be good unless cord is long enough on the driver to the light. Mines built in.
The search AI is just not reliable I test it by asking if mine is extendable says it is Idk I guess Il worry about that when I need to. That the aci is only a extra hundred and Il pay for that for piece of mind. The ai was saying the 3x3 series aint any different with the cord between driver and light but also says it is and some unboxing videos show it. Idfk

BAB’s baby spread the word. Poor guys and gals on youtube just devistated and I know the feeling with PM. It spreads fast and you dont feel better about it until the first harvest woth no PM. Guy was like my scrog posts.. WOOD.. Porous!!.. Got to junk that. Clean like hell everything. Its systemic Im screwed.
Another guy had a fan on them but not the way Ive been doing. Hes just doubtful and just sad. That one I didnt even figure it out yet and was just expressing dissapointment, anger and confusion the whole shebang. I wish I could comment but I dont on youtube vids idk why really I just dont.
With all this foruming I could tho its a whole community but youtube is against cannabis. For now. Its growing tho. Anyway wish I could tell them BAB’s baby. Spread the word its kept the lights on in my grow. No cleaning needed just an art of maintaining a PM resistant canopy. It happens easy you got to really have them fanned up no dead spots.

Not gonna lie I just laugh but not at them but with them if they only knew. You just get gaslighted and think you have to nuke the grow and just dont know where to start. Just a hopeless screwed feeling and.. God forbid it came back so now you really just probably dont want to grow cannabis anymore.
