Okay so im in week 4 and ive notice the leaves above the embryotic pair have become yellow and kinda crunchy at the end. I thout it might be over-watered so i slowed down the watering process, maby hotspots so i swaped my "hot" lights, no change. Mabey nitrogen diffecency? Idk, the leaves arent forming and pairs off the side like the rest of my plants. Shud i trim them??

Pictures would help; don't trim them until we can get a look at em. Bear in mind that this first set of leaves typically drops early; probably not an issue.

yea none of those plants look like mine only the bottom pair of leaves are yellow and kinda brown at the tip, all the rest look fine
Maybe nothing; she may also be telling you that the nitrogen in your soil (?) is getting low. If the next set of leaves start getting pale, she's telling you she needs feed -- one where N is the leading ingredient. I use Foliage Pro personally (9-3-6 NPK); there are many.
