I mean, if I was the one judging I would certainly give them lightened sentences, especially if it is a crim of necessity, which is a factor often overlooked.

if you are at the point in life when you are required to break the law, you have failed yourself and you ar to blame, i was homeless 10 years ago, i brought myself out from the gutter with a job at Mcdonalds, i own a home now, you got to be kidding me, your im a victim shit is gettign old, i vote yes

I personally believe that black men are holding themselves back at this point, but kaendar still seems to think it is still somehow the white man getting them all down.

Kaendar is not only prejudice against gays, but pretty much everyone. His religious indoctrination, combined with massive ignorance, and an inability to think critically has left him with a slew of misguided opinions that he has no problem spouting off. Hence the melting pot of hatred you see before you.

yes post some cases with sentencing that prove a black man, or any minority, will get more time, for same level of crime and background

I grew up in foster care...so I had no family or community support, was routinely abused by people that were getting paid to take care of me...
I had my first son when I was 15, but I didn't drop put of school although I did drop out of college, because my job at Burger King didn't pay me enough to buy food and clothes and pay bills, and still have enough money for gas to get anywhere but back to work...so after running out of gas at the college 3 times I gave up and quit...Kept working crappy jobs...Everyone has had a hard life, but I never went out and started robbing people. I would go without things...if I could only buy enough food for one person then my son ate while I went hungry. I wore rags so he could wear hand me downs. Sometimes life is hard..but it is hard for everyone...you can't go out robbing and killing people because your life is hard

Like I said, nobody will hire you even tho u have a high school diploma based on your skin color. Gov. assistance runs out and the baby needs diapers and formula, nobody will loan u money. Your only option is to stick up 7/11. How is that not a crime of necessity?
