id love to do that...just dont have the space..thats why im keeping my containers small and starting them every 2-3 weeks...gonna have to wait to see how much space the plants start taking up before i pack too many in my box...what hurts the worst right now...ive got a plant thats almost ready to chop..and its taking up half my box..making it harder to move around and get lights to my new grows

i mix what i need for that watering, youre right, that shits funky nasty after a couple days, so i wont do that again, LoL. i took a 1/2 gallon jug, put a qrt of water in it and gave it to them, then mixed when i needed it a few days later.

yep, sunday when i get back from racing up in citrus county, we have a big modified race there this weekend so i didnt want to mess with anything right before i go..

I made the switch to 12/12 and added some more 2700k bulbs..and i named them lol ...thats Mary on the left (Female) and Toni on the right(waiting to show sex).:hump:
Couple more weeks and ill be able to finally show you guys some bud porn ;D

hey im going to set a grow with 24 23w bulbs flowering 12/12 from seed im going to have 5 plants i was wondering about setting up the bulbs any input?

Wow 24 bulbs is a hella amount to use.

For me, i would build out four vanity bars and use Y adapters. The cost of this would make me think about HPS though. 5 plants is a bunch for CFL's. for under $200 you can get a 400 watt digital ballast that is switchable. it uses two different bulbs depending on your growth. It would penetrate the canopy much better than cfls will.

yea i kno thats why im going 12/12 from seed but for the whole setup its under a 100 nd i've tried looking for affordable hps setup but nothin reallistic

Cool, just wanted ya to know.

As for the vanity bar, it will hold 6 bulbs the way i have it setup. CD is a master of using Y adapters tho.

I would build four of them which leaves you with four cords to deal with.

thanks jp, heres my 3 hole bar which now has 11 bulbs, i wouldnt go more than that just for safty reasons. they have 4 and 6 hole fixtures also, but they would be to wide for my box. heres pics of 6,9,10, and now 11 bulbs.
