do you know your body fat percent?

you may be eating a little bit more then what you are supposed to if you are struggling to get that last piece off and are training consistently.


if you need any help, let me know
havent had it tested in ages, but if i had to say its between 11-13%. i know i could cut the milk an pb out but i use em for energy. to be honest i can kick my endurance trainin up cause i been slackin. im tryin to gain weight so eatin too much isnt in my vocab. lol what routine are you on?

only did triceps today cause i really wasnt feelin legs so ima just do them with shoulders tomorrow. before i do ill go for a lil run an ima actually run not jog a mile see if that gets some of that thc out!

I use a functional approach to my own training program. Currently, i am doing

Legs

20lb weight vest - reverse lunges
- single leg balance for time
- valslide leg curls
- jump squats
- squats with a 70lb punching bag


for upper

- weighted vest push ups
-wv jungle gym xt back rows
-valslide chest fli's
one arm jungle gym xt rows
-pull ups

I do my conditioning in between strength days which I normally do sprints in the pool or fartlek style endurance runs..

I really do not like the split routines. They are too oldschool and do not help much in productivity per se as in being humanly able to perform activities.

My body fat is down around 5% and im not sticking to any particular diet. Just stick with stuff you know is healthy and stay away from processed items. lean meats and fruits and veggies. healthy whole grains and a little dairy and your about set.

*lifting 5 days a week, with a day of cardio

well yesterday i came down wrong doin my handstand pushups an now my trap feels like straight shit. the worst i ever felt pain wise in my trap. ima do some biceps an chest today an if i can throw some hands at the punchin bag.

i know right. when i was comin down i thought i was gonna hit the pullup/ab machine so i kinda tucked in an went down side ways an when i did i landed on my neck an cranked it.

i was thinkin that too 5% is a
pretty damn low bfp unless you workout constantly an you have a job outside.

dont do biceps man... the trapezius is used to stabilize plenty...

also, did you get that from crossfit?

Dude, I lost my punching bag a couple of months ago.. I miss it everyday. Nothing like strapping on the gloves and taking some swings. What are those other things called? the ones that you punch and they bounce back at you.. I think they're called sway bags. I've always wanted one of those.

its a sway bag. speed bag is the one thats mounted to some wood thats an handin off it like a tear drop. i loved usin the sway bags in kickboxin it would get your accuracy an movement on point!

ima be back at it tomorrow with some bice
ps. ima get them 100 pushups done prolly on thursday so i can give my chest a chance to rest after tuesdays workout.

My wrist was pretty fucked up from yesterdays fall so I skipped today (also been going a week straight, so I was probably gonna rest anyway), went swimming instead, that was pretty fun, haven't gone swimming since last summer, and the disappointment of hiking such a long way with no expected reward was gheeeey!

Hey blazin, what's up with the font on your posts? I notice they'll start out verdana, then halfway through it abruptly switches to times new roman, does that on 99% of your posts

i was eatin gumbo one day an i spilled it on the keyboard an now my p doesnt work so i have to copy an paste my p's everytime i have to use one an sometimes it changes the font when i do that lol
