A lot of people are willing to pay more for the ability to go to a store front to buy their meds, in a safe controlled environment, not me but a lot of people.
Not all dispensaries are safe controlled environmentsA lot of people are willing to pay more for the ability to go to a store front to buy their meds, in a safe controlled environment, not me but a lot of people.
hey man where exactly is this portion, I have fumbled through but must have missed this section!5 Patients plus yourself, 6 plants per patient with no more than 3 of those flowering (producing a usable form of marijuana). So 36 plants with no more than 18 flowering. Also, as a patient you are allowed to possess 2 ounces, if you have a caregiver the patient and caregiver can collectively posses the 2 ounces. So to put this in more plain english, if you have 5 patients and yourself, you can posses 12 ounces, but if they come and check on you, then go check on patients and find there is too much medicine between you then you or they could be in trouble, more likely the caregiver.
You are also supposed to provide services other than providing marijuana. Thats the short of it, if anyone disagrees with how i have paraphrased this please let me know, i am not always right, but i think i got this all spot on.
O yeah, and you are supposed to be non-profit as a caregiver.
The 5 patient restriction for caregivers is listed in HB10-1284hey man where exactly is this portion, I have fumbled through but must have missed this section!
Specifically the part that says I have to destroy or top each plant at producing 2 oz
so there is a loophole like I can have all that harvested weed but harvest in a way where 2 oz is all I have?We never said 2 ozs per plant, that you can only have 2 ounces "useable marijuana" at any time per patient, so if you grow a pound plant, you are going to have to harvest it carefully, i never said you had to destroy anything beyond that.
That is covered in Amendment 20, has been that way since the start.

Very good advice!Another option is to run excess into bubble hash. Extract counts the same weight as bud. Eventually you will run over there too.
The idea is to run a perpetual garden and don't grow more than your patients can actually use. May be hard to comprehend, but very very few patients will consume more than 1 oz a month.
You can easily get that required 5-6 ounces a month from chopping 1-2 plants a month. You don't need to run 30-36 plants unless A]you suck at growing or B] you are planning on selling into the black market.
If you are planning on the latter, then don't even bother with paperwork or asking about how to be legal. When you get raided you just make the legal caregivers look bad. The DA will be showing off his example of how caregivers are gaming the system for profit.
Ah ya I c haha no intention to resell haha like I thought I could sell to dispensary but ya makes sense on limit...Another option is to run excess into bubble hash. Extract counts the same weight as bud. Eventually you will run over there too.

thats what I was wondering too, how are the people a) selling on craigslist, and B) people actually buying is it a grey area since it calls for a donation?
