you could have worked that piece for another 10 to 15 minutes and get even more flavors out of it.
I know pressing in your hand for 20 minutes and more is not for the faint of heart but that is what it takes.
Go for the hot water in a bottle, easier on the hand for sure. Imagine the callus you would have after a few years of doing it.

I do like the Boldtbags machine better but the price tag is high and I did not talk with Harry or Stephanie about it. I will be adding the 190 microns as a catch bag to see what I got in my 160.
Happy 4th

Thanks I'm going to be ordering any day now my bags so was wondering about the machine I'm in canada so the ebay machine with shipping is almost the same as boldtbags machine so they offered me free shipping on my bags so maybe they'll do that for the machine too that way it would only cost a little more Thanks again for recommending them

Good day to all.

Much respect to Frenchy, you sir have sparked a passion in my heart to produce Ice water shatter hash.

I've been making cannabis oil for the last 9 months or so. However after seeing/reading this thread and your videos, your passion struck me in a remarkable capacity.

So, I've only made bubble-hash 3 times, and my first two times were a long time ago and not impressive at all.

But, I made some on Monday evening, I believe it is drying and curing very well. It seems to increase in terms of aroma with each day.

I've read the whole thread, and seek your advice, or someone that could advise?
This is the hash as of last night

And no flash

I've played with this a bit, by taking a small pinch and hand pressing it, this hash is melting together very easily, within seconds of simply squeezing with just my finger tips, the individual pieces melt together immediately.

Just a few seconds of this melted the small portion together, and got much darker, and oilier, but I broke it back up, as I'm concerned of pressing too early.

You may be able to see visually in the picture the pieces that are darker.

My question, is it too early to press?

Thank you for reading, and inspiring me to focus all my passion into this culture of love.

Hi Frenchy,

What is the price we should be paying for the bag set from boldtbags that you get? I see various 5 gallon choices on their site, but not the same set you use.

As a "want to be teacher" to receive feedback like yours make it very rewarding. Thank you so very much.
It is difficult to judge the level of humidity with a picture, however it does look dry and if you do a good cure you should not have a problem.
How long have you been drying that batch, what is the strain and the micron of the bag you used???

I think I paid mine $65 a bag, being custom made only for me you will not see them on their site but they should mentioned them somewhere.
I will check the prices for you guys on Monday.
I will also get you a price for the machine special Frenchy, they will have to compete with Ebay or loose you guys, as simple as that.

You are welcome my friend, I can sense your passion through the words you write and speak, so it is absolutely my pleasure to provide the feedback, it is how we can grow and help one another
as human beings.

The hash has been drying for 5 days, and the micron is only 73u.
Edit: The strain is Durban Poison x SnowCap=DurCap
This is what it looked like this morning

Thank you for the reply Frenchy, as I said, through your passion you have ignited the fire for me to someday acquire the same passion as you.

how much trim did you run dabsalot? also what strain? looks fuckin delicious!
Thanks GG!.. I've only tried just A lil tiny bit, and it is by far the best bubble I've ever tasted.
Like I said this is my first legit run of bubble ever, and I'm a bit embarrassed at my yield..haha.

I should have waited, as I did not have a complete set of bags, and they were borrowed.

So, I only had 160u as a work bag, in which I agitated manually for 20 mins after a 30 min soak.
I only had two bags for catchers, a73 and a 25.

The strain was Durban x SnowCap, ran about 40g's of frosty leaf...

I'm buying a set of bags right away, Frenchy is truly inspirational.
