I read
yesterday---guys stories have to be exaggerated, but still really funny.
Tucker Max drinks to excess at inappropriate times, disregards social norms, indulges every whim, takes no responsibility for his actions, rebels against any authority, mocks idiots and posers, sleeps with more women than is safe or reasonable and generally just acts like an asshole. I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell contains everything Tucker Max the modern-day bounder has written about since he started sharing his depraved reality with an audience of millions.

just finished The Road by Cormac McCarthy tonight. pretty fucking good. the author of No country for old men. its about a father and son in a sort of post-apocalyptic world theyre on their way to the coast and have to avoid cannibals and crazy folk. its pretty graphic at some points they come across a human head inside a cake holder thing at a diner. and thats pretty tame compared to the other things they see. now to start David Sedaris' Naked.

i would recomend reading some of Robert Jordans books he is a very good fantasy author and his magic system kinda makes sense because its realistic but overall the wheel of time series is probably his best that i have read and i think theres a total of like 10 books or so in the series but other than that they are pretty good

Since my last entry I have read several, but it is the one I am reading now on which I wish to comment. The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town by John Grisham.
The first work of non-fiction by Mr. Grisham, this one is terrifying because it is true. This is not the normal Grisham mind candy, although it is a page turner like his other work. He meticulously explains how innocent people were railroaded into prison, even Death Row.
Sure, Oklahoma is an easy target, but it makes the story no less compelling.
Read this book if you have any doubts about why you should never talk to cops without legal counsel.
