Scheduled a 2nd tier tune up for my bike on Friday. It’s in pretty bad shape with worn out rubber gasket where the front tire locks in and all the gears don’t work but I really don’t use many gears because it’s so flat where I live . It’s going to cost $179. Looking forward to it.
I am also thinking about getting some more accessories for my bike like a little strap on kit for fixing a flat if it ever comes to that . A strap on bike pump and maybe a little pouch up by the handlebars .

You should definitely get a kit for flat tires. A patch kit and a compact pump should always be on your bike.
I ride dozens of miles away from…anything. I can imagine getting a flat 20 miles into the middle of nowhere, and having to walk an impromptu marathon to get home.

On my xc race bike I Had a under seat pouch that held a fresh tube (not in the box) and a mini CO2 pump. Fast and light. Now I have a little 5" pump and tubes in my CamelBak. I'm not as worried about weight.

I have like a complete tool kit. I can do most minor bike maintenance on the fly. That reminds me, I gotta put my chain breaker back into my bike kit.

It’s a tool that pushes the pin out of one of the links in a bike chain, to “break” the chain.
It’s helpful because you can use it to put a chain back together if you break one on the trail, just a few links shorter. Good enough to get you home!

It's a zen thing. You can get it close by visual and the sound it makes when you turn the nipples. I like doing it but I haven't done that in probably 12 or so years.

Fu k yeah! I am going on. Vacay in Key west in 2 weeks. Gonna tear it up down there and leave in really good shape to help get me ready for a longer bike route to work. And better bikini bod 4 sure.
