I would say it depends on the strain i have some og clones i took from out side and was to lazzy to take the clones in to coco i left them in a cup of water under24/7 flors and they started to flower on me.not sure why but looks like they are gonna make it.i use the rooting powder very cheap and works very well...good luck ....and for next time u want to super crop try doing it right above a node and make sure ur plant is at a good age with some nice stem already dont know if u get what i am saying but i hope it helps somehow.

I broke alot of branches supercroping, they all got diped in root powder an made great clones.

I learned you have to push hard with your thumbnail into the stem to get the branch to fold with out breaking.

I also have to tie the branch down or it will back up by the next day.

next time you dont need to fuck with the stem idk y these assholes like to do that all you need to do is pinch the new growth youll have to do this more often but it has the same effect and you dont have to worry about breaking anything off

Pinching the top is just as stressfull as pinching the stem in my opinion, the only method that dosent stress em is LST.
The Scrog method is great also if your plant are all the same size an age ive heard.
Some times drastic measures must be used to get your plants as big as you can an keep em as low as you can.

Heres what i did this grow....
I usualy start with topping at the 4 node,(i grow it to about 8 nodes first an take a clone off this cutting)
Lst the 4 brances down an FIM the hell out of em.
When they are about to touch my lights in my small grow box, i Supercrop em down on top of them selfs to make the tops of the plants all level.
Then i start em flowering.

If it's not flexible, don't bend it. Because the shape has set in. If you bend the stem when it's stiff no shit it's gonna snap. It's better to LST way early in veg anyway, or you end up with smaller colas
