Kriz878, listen to Hash Hound, keep it simple.
Try hitting up your local landscaping company or better yet ask a local nursery for compost.
The azomite and other trace minerals are great.
But all the other meals are redundant.
Less is more, remember its a weed. It is designed to thrive.

I've used Dr Earth Bud and Bloom as my main nute for years.
Others I've used with good results. Fox Farm Fruit and Flower. Roots Uprising Grow, Bloom.
A lot of guys use Gia Green.
I just bought some Organically Done Bloom to try.
Mineral mix I've used is Agricolas 484 has tons of good stuff in it.
I pretty much use powdered organics and feed with plain water of a nice frothy tea.

I'm going to use Root Organics Elemental as an amendment when I build my soil. I expect that it will start adding Epsom Salt to my water at about week four. The plan is to apply it at a rate of 0.5 tsp/L every two weeks. How does this sound to you? Will this allow enough Epsom Salt to remain in the soil to be helpful to the plant? I am as organic as I can be and I do not water until runoff, it all stays in the smart pot.

do you have hard water with alot of chalk in it? optimally your water should contain 60-120mg Calcium per liter and 20-40mg Magnesium/l - 3:1. depending on your watersource you can use Epsom Salt to correct a mismatch, in your watertank.
It wont stay long in the soil - its very wAtersoluble. Like a mineralic feed - not overfeed water water water, instead permanent slight correction.
In veg or early flower when leaves are too yellow, together with N & Fe, Ca - I simply go by EC +0.1-0.2.
For an organic grow, using a combination of slowly soluble MagnesiumChalk, Algae Chalk, Dolomite Lime and a bunch of other stuff may be more suited to the general attitude of this style. So you basically just water... but you still need to "factor in" your water quality a bit, when mixing what together.

How long have you been using Nature's Living Soil? I am about to begin my third round with it. Personally, I don't think that I've given it a chance to really perform. Last grow I augmented the pot far too much and it let to complications during the middle of the plant's life. This time I am being much more careful about exactly what I am adding. And, even more important, I know why I am using each item.

The Roots Organic Elemental is a slowly soluble mix much as you describe. I've been told that after a few weeks it is depleted and since it is not water-soluble it was suggested that I use a liquid supplement. Rather than spend another $25 on a product I thought I'd go with the old standby Epsom Salt.

ok but Epsom wont substitute it bc the Roots Org El is mostly Calcium whereas Epsom is Mg & S.

It was recommended that I switch to General Hydroponics CALiMAGic at four weeks. If Epsom Salt is not right, what do you suggest? I can stretch the budget and get som CALiMAGic. Or, do you have something else to suggest? I would like to stay as "organic as possible."

You can grind up egg scale and use hot citric acid to dissolve it and increase with this the amount of Calcium in your water. Or you add egg scale powder to your compost etc if you really wanna do the full organic thing. But I tell you that except urea & amino acids plants need to absorb most of the nutrients in mineralic form.
CaliMagic is a CalMag product - its something you want to use on RO water to re-mineralize Calcium & Magnesium into the water.
Epsom Salt does the same just it lacks the Calcium but adds Sulfur instead.
You just need to understand they are not the same, and they dont do the same.
So you need to get yourself a CalMag-product.
