yeah, im kinda in tha same boat, make good money, but hate my job. Startin to wonder what the purpose is..... blah blah...... and thought hawaii might be a good change of pace, maybe downsize my life a little ya know? thanx for the heads up, we're goin to be traveling there early next year to poke around. =)

Hey guyz, looks like WW is first!

Actually, i'm gettin kinda worried about the BW. It germed, but still no signs of life out of the cube. I'm trying to restrain myself from tearing the cube open, but I don't know how long I can hold out. lol. I guess we'll see.

Also, I pulled out the ol chiller a few days ago, and cleaned it thoroughly. So heres my wondering, Yes. adding the chiller would allow me to bring my temps down to 68, easily. But. it exhausts hot air into the room, and might raise my ambient temps.. *YIKES* I'm thinking I could use a long hose and keep the chiller pretty far from the op (i have the pump for this) and maybe beat the heat!! The other option is to not use the chiller, and ignore my current res temps (72-75 degrees) I know, they're high....

I need opinions!!!

72-75 is not bad at all. I would take out the chiller if it heats the air too much. Also, be patient. I really wanted to tear open my rockwool too when it took more than a couple days lol. If it take more than 10 days then you have a problem.

yeah, she might just be a slow starter, hopefully not a runt tho.... =(

Ok guys so I decided to consolidate threads and will only be updating here from now on. That being said Here is a full update on my Grow Tent (flowering only):

At the moment I have 4 mature plants in here, all bagseed. All confirmed females except for 1, she's 1 week into flowering and hasn't shown yet, but it seems like the girls always take their time... The first picture is of all the plants together for reference. The first one to the left we've named EMBRY, and have a rooted clone from her. She is 2 weeks into flowering and is in a DWC 3gal bucket. I did a final pruning of the undergrowth on her today (a lollipop attempt) we'll see how it turns out. The second one from the left, my GF named Valkarie and is about.... 6 weeks into flowering. She is in an ebb and flo bucket and is very dark green( too much N) but is budding quite nicely. She's kinda small because she only vegged for 15 days and then flowered. (i'm kinda sketchy on the timelines but this is about right) The one in the front right is My very first Female plant... I named it T-VIRUS......she has taken a lot of abuse and was originally planted in MG soil. She's about to be done, regardless of my attempts on her life. I don't expect to get much, but I want the experience of curing my own buds so this will be a good chance to practice. Lastly, the one in the back right is named Poof Juice and is 1 week into flower.(still hasn't show sex) She's been LSTd in the same fashion as embry, and will be lollipoped as well.

Well sorry for the long post, just thought I'd bring you guyz up to date on the Flowering side of things.. Here are the pixxx enjoy. =)

I did a full res change today, and hit them with some nutes. A mild general purpose solution according to the GH bottle. Also, they were looking a little lime green in color so I added some GH GRO to help give em an N boost. ( I usually just use bloom and micro)

All my mothers are all well and adjusted to their new home. In the first pic you can see the Embry clone to the far right. (doing very well) I think embry has the best genetics out of all my bagseed. Even in veg she stinks up the room and leaves a beautiful odor on your hands when you handle her leaves.. mmm yummy. The 2 bottom runts are the T-Virus clones. These 2 plants represent their mother well, they're very temperamental. I'm considering getting rid of these to make space for clones once my WW beefs up a bit. The tall girl at the top is also very smelly and happy. I'm just waiting till there's room in the tent and she's goin in next. Don't know the sex on that one yet, but I have a feeling its a girl, she smells sooo nice. Never knew plants could smell this tasty in veg, maybe just some IDK.

As far as the stars of this thread, still coming along. The pic below is of the WW peaking her head out. She's at day 3 of her life. No word from BW tho, i'm gettin nervous. I was really hopin to get a happy BW momma!! I'll be patient tho....

Them girls are looking sexy! I've used the Lucas Formula (Bloom and Micro) with good success in previous grows, but some strains just need more N I guess. I've moved away from the Lucas Formula now...back to using all three components.

Dystopia, I think ur right. I always use the Lucas Formula, and it may just be my paranoia, but it doesn't seem all that balanced for larger plants in veg.

Q. about the plants, my WW seems slow.. I'm trying not to overthink it but..........

I've compared to other grows in the same time frame and I can't help but think like she's a lil behind. ( the BW is definately behind!) Her roots however, have already hit water!!! Faster than any other sprout i've ever had!! So maybe it's not all bad..

Well, I'd rather have fast root growth at the beginning. Now that the roots have hit the water, she should take off like a...weed!

Yeah man they will have HUGE growth once they get their roots established.
