South Texas gets Busted

Hey Southtexas, really weird chain of events, really...! If you have realized that you'll probably get out of this legal mess in good shape. Why don't you contact the Marijuana Policy Project or some pro Cannabis organization to help promote the abuse you have been through? After all, we need cases like yours to strengthen our Cannabis legalization process.

Hey SoTex...I'll be off and on all day now that I'm doing a different job. What's up in your neck of the woods? I'm waiting and watching rain fall everywhere around but here.
 
I'm hooked to the Mari- Policy Project, E-Mail list. Didn't know they played with the stuff that was put on me. "But, serve no swine before it's time" I also need to do the steps to perfect a Civil Suit, IE; Waiting until, first, an Indictment comes my way, then the throwing out of Court, so THEN, a Civil Atty. will begin a feeding Frenzy. I will have Court Appt. Atty., at standing, to rep. Me, just a hearing to challage probable cause. That will shed the light to throw the stuff out. I am in contact with Kop Busters, they are kept up to date on my stuff. There is no money to be had in my Defense, just Civil Action. But I learned my lesson, planted twice as much. F--k'em & the Dong they road in on. My tallest is just now, 6 ft., East Sativa from KC Brains, 11 ft. expected. I messed up yesterday, killed 2 males of G-13/Haze, was suppose to save them for MOG. 5 more left, maybe one more will male out on me. I hope He's OK.

Been there lot's. More rain, I think, than around here. I'm looking at NW Tenn. Lower Humidity, less extreme heat. Tired of this Hell on Earth Texas weather. 100% humidity this morning. My Ladies don't like it too much. My Ladies are doing good, 60 or so. Will start trimming in about a month, until then, a little amber trich's per week to pay the Fiddler. SOB's are paying up to $500 per Oz. when bought on Gram measurement. It's crazy. Kick butt, Dude.

yah, I've given up on trying to grow Indicas outside here in Florida. The humidity is just awful on them. Tenn would be sweet.... talk to u ltr. :peace:
 
Years ago I was very close to buying some land in N.C. to start a nursery. I went up there at least 6 times and found the ppl to be very friendly and the scenery soft and mild. Yah, I can definitely see your point.
 
Tennessee is no place to go if you grow. Very strict laws and they do a lot of flying looking for crops. Its a hub state identified for its part in the transport routes. Really for growing the southern state laws are just to much with the exception of Texas. Gotta move north to be ok but you loose that horrible heat the south has which to me is a plus lol
 
What's Up, People??? All is still cool, no docket date yet, got about 50 Ladies getting out of line !!! 1 &1/2 inch growth per day. I have to haul 200 gals. every 2 days. I'll be back on line soon, with awesome Pics. Later Folks. I'm now looking at Missouri. I'm fleeing the humidity, the heat's OK. The Ark. laws is crazy. I'll be checking around. Later.
 
I done fairly well, last year with the shit in thin, black containers, a fucking oven. Records are being broke here daily, from the extreme heat. Keep 4 inches of mulch around the base, keep damp, water more than normal. Nursery men spray/water up to 7 times per day. You mulch is the key to beat the heat. I'll show you my pics soon, I love my outdoor design. Later Dude.
 
Missouri is a humidity bake oven also.Family said its been about 108 there last 2 weeks humidity in the 80 percent area without rain. i lived in southeast missouri for about 8 years and wa glad to get out of there quick. Thier drug task force is pretty heavy right now they have a nice force of copters they use now looking for outdoor growers. i have family there and last summer friends of the family had 18 plants in thier woods behind thier house they owned 80 acres and they had the drug task force blackhawk drop guys in thier yard and arrest them. scared the hell out of them as they wer late 50's and didnt expect the Blackhawk copter in the back yard. Strict laws there although by Columbia they are trying to pass a posession law to make it legal for smaller amounts
