So...you can't transplant Autos?

48 hours from transplant and clear signs of growth in that time. In other words...no signs of stressing or stunting. I didn't use any special technique other than to follow the Mephisto grow guide. I'll post pics periodically but I think this shows a 4 out of 4 positive result for transplanting autos...well Mephisto autos anyway :bigjoint::bigjoint::bigjoint:20180410_070354.jpg

You are correct but I had to learn it for myself :bigjoint: Not letting them circle up like that seems to be the key. They have no idea anything is different. none at all!

It is like trimming or topping. The loss of time is not worth the end gain.

But that being said with a monster auto you have a lot more liberty to do as you want. They have more time to recover. LST is the preferred auto training an I think a SCROG would work pretty damned good with a monster auto. I will never know i save my auto seeds for outside and in about a month i am popping 3 amnesia and 1 cheese auto D:

This seems to be true...to a point. I do believe that companies like Mephisto are redefining a lot of this stuff though. A lot of older auto strains probably do go into the 3 to 5 day thing, but the newer autos seem to be defying that rule..

The GG was okay to smoke. It would have been better if I let it dry a little longer before jarring it...not really the fault of the GG of course but my impatience. I ended up making canna-chocolate with it and it was outstanding :bigjoint:

From the Mephisto Grow Guide regarding transplanting:

Another common method either raised or buried in, is to use a solo cup, for the first 7 days it makes watering easier, then that’s the key time to transplant without hindering that precious taproot and risking stunting.

So...as some have said here earlier..7 days in a solo cup seems to be the magic number.
